I had a great experience at this location - I was greeted upon arrival and they listened to what I needed to print it was a little complicated of a job but they were patient and gave me a sample to review. Taylor is the manager and was super helpful and kind. Will definitely be my go to fed ex location going forward!

I never take the time for reviews but Sarah was amazing. I was stressed about getting something resized and printed in time, she walked me through it while still showing options and keeping in mind what I needed. She said this wasn’t her usual location but y’all are lucky to have her here. Will definitely considering coming to fedex printing more often

We went in numerous times to test print and place orders for our wedding (table numbers, name cards, photos, etc). Everyone was very professional and helpful in helping us choose the paper quality, color, and showing us what they would look like printed. Our orders were typically ready by the next day! Special shout out to Adam and the manager!

Went in today 8/19/24 at around 12:30pm. Was greeted by a gentlemen and a lady wearing a mask. Both were super helpful and attentive. Probably the only fedex in the area thats professional and helpful. Felt genuinely helped. Go here if you want to feel welcomed and helped. Great job guys.

Wow Shipping personnel limited on ability to create custom boxes. Only 2-3 emp have “knowledge”, but supplies needed to create boxes aren’t available, “have to be ordered and dont know when they’ll arrive”. Come on, why even be open if the primary function is so limited. In other words have everything pre boxed and prefer the box to be relabeled. Little to know thinking required of staff.

I had the best experience today at Fed-Ex. I was surprised that I was helped above and beyond my expectations. You don't get much of that these days so it was a very pleasant surprise. Nice and easy for my on line Store to print labels w/out be at home ..I can print my label no matter where I'm ..I can print the label in FedEx ..and ship it same day ..;)

Posting for your awareness that my credit card was compromised after inserting the chip at this Fedex location.Apple Pay wasn’t working properly so the chip had to be used by all customers while I was there. Later that day multiple online transactions were made on my credit card and fortunately it was cancelled due to fraud.

Ratings are very polarized. I returned a Walmart purchase and it was a big deal. I mean a big unnecessarily big deal. Received Walmart order which I never opened. Immediately returned to fedex without opening. Clerk at fedex tells me that in order to return the 2 cartons, they have to be repacked into one box before return shipment. At my expense. I won’t be buying any more from Walmart because of the negative experience at FedEx. I would off that the folks at UPS store are ready and able to help with any shipping or return shipping you have. Called FedEx CS and got no returned call. It’s a shame that FedEx puts their good reputation in the hands of such franchisees. Not a good neighbor.

Fast service for poster prints
