We were supposed to get a package delivered today in time for Christmas. When we checked the status of the delivery, it had said there was an attempt made but no one was present to receive the package. That is a lie because everyone was home at that time. There was no ringing of the doorbell or knocking of the door to alert us a package was here. Instead, they just left a note saying they had missed us.We called customer service who informed us the delivery will now be made past Christmas time. This is disappointing since we were at home to accept the package if only the delivery driver had done the simple act of ringing the doorbell. Now we have to drive to the shipping center to pick up our package if we want it before Christmas, even though we paid for shipping.Very dishonest and unacceptable business

The 1 star reviews are accurate. We suffered from a dishonest delivery driver who reported us as not being at home. They did not attempt to alert us at all.UPS had come by an hour before and rang the doorbell and I was able to meet them at the door since they actually attempted to notify us.

Full of dishonest drivers and irresponsible manager.Marked my package delivered but no one showed up. Twice!Every time I file cases, the driver makes up a place that he delivered! But my camera shows NO ONE during the day.NEVER use FedEx, no one really cares about your packages.

Even if they receive the package early they don't deliver until its due date, and never on time, if it's due today, I would get it 3 days after, and I have to call CS at least once, very bad service.

Totally useless and unprofessional. Paid a lot of money for OVERNIGHT, a week later and 2 failed "attempts", they tell me to go pick it up myself. Worst of the worst, every single time my packages end up undelivered

All company fedex its a big scam always when I order online and send with FedEx I never received packages and also they don't care when you complain about missing order they never get back to you

I would never tell anyone to use FedEx. This is my experience with them. I was supost to get my package on a Thursday. I live in a gated area where every other shipping place can get in by asking the office to let them in. When I went to the office to see if FedEx had left the package the person there told me that FedEx wanted to leave the package for the complex at the office. She said they could go threw the gate, but the guy insisted on leaving them there. She had told them he needed to deliver the packages to the doors and he said he was running late and threw them back in the truck. Like this is the drivers issue. I paid for Thursday so what is his problem. He left. How unprofessional is that. When I called the FedEx the representative asked me what the guys name was, like am supost to know this. He told me they could try back Tuesday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I asked him can I just go and pick it up the next day and he said I don't know if it will be there. Don't they unload there trucks after their shift??!! So Saturday I went down there to get my package and I explained to the representative what happened She said she would note it that they can ask the office to go threw the gate. If Amazon, Prime, all food deliveries can get threw than what is the issue. Poor customer service!

FedEx driver claims that he cannot get access, this is only FedEx facility which drivers laying...and this happens several times.Other Fedex drivers always deliver packages to my location.Their customer service is the worst of FedEx..

Package supposed to be delivered earlier than expected and 3 days later yet still not delivered on the date supposed to be also still showing at the Fullerton facility which is not on their truck to be out for delivery; this is ridiculous and someone need to be fired for not doing his job properly!!!
