You must wait for at least 15 mins to have somebody finally show up and help you.There are numerous workers just chit chatting amongst themselves talking about the weekend activities. They don't care about customers.

Today the did not deliver a medical device for my wife who just had surgery at 10am by the time I opened my door the truck was gone I called customer service they said they will deliver at1pm no show I call customer service again now its for 6pm no show I call customer service again forthe third time now they state 8pm this is poor customer service and we paid extra for overnight delivery
