One more review for just the terrible, rude lady at the pharmacy. Not sure if she's a tech or the pharmacist herself but just all around unpleasant person. Skip this place and head over to CVS down the street.

I found some Nacho Cheese Takis. They're really difficult to find in other stores. Small parking lot. I got myself a Black Stag Vanilla Iced Latte. Total came out to six dollars and some change. Cashier did not seem to be very happy working there, but he was pretty kind to me and customer before me. The chips and iced latte were easy to find. Overall, I'm glad I found those Nacho Cheese Takis, and I enjoyed my purchase.

No help at all in the pharmacy! Too long of a story to tell on yelp. Either way no medication was received. Waste of a week.

The person "working" the FedEx counter said "we have to many packages. You have to go somewhere else". First and last time I'll be going to this Onsite.

This store is not as bad as people are making it out to be. They have decent prices and selection of items here. I've never used the pharmacy so no comment there, but for other things like snacks and general meds they are pretty good.

This is solely about the pharmacy. The location is walking distance so I had my hospital send the prescriptions there. First time I went in and pharmacy was closed, during the hours said to be open; there was a sign up but I forgot what it was for (break or lunch I assume). Went back later and the lady working at the pharmacy said she couldn't give me the prescription because the pharmacist was at lunch and to come back in half an hour. Went back again a day or two later and the same thing, pharmacist was on a break, wait 15-20 minutes. I called the hospital and asked if I could pick up at their pharmacy which I did.Second time, was coming from a root canal. Had my dentist send pain killers and antibiotics tho Walgreens; get there...pharmacist in lunch and she couldn't give it to me. I was in pain and pissed but my dad had given me a ride said let's just wait even though I didn't want to...THIRTY minutes later they give me the prescription and the pharmacist tells me to take one pill every six hours for pain and the other three times a day til pills were gone...literally what was printed in the label. :-/Latest experience. Hospital was out of what I needed so they asked where to send...I figured this time it's gotta be better right? Nope. 3 hours after my appointment ends and it's not ready yet. Get a text 30 minutes after that saying it's ready. Go back? Closed during business hours..for a break maybe? Go back and pharmacist on lunch...like wow. These are not sane times I'm going, how are they always in break or lunch. I get the need for breaks and lunches as a worker myself but how out of so many times (and different times) an I always showing up at that time. Wow. I get a call over the weekend saying it's a courtesy call to get my prescription; I said I wasn't feeling good, they said they'd see if they could deliver and get back to me, never heard back. Went back today to pick up and they said I never picked it up so they put it back but they could refill it and it would take a couple hours....but hey I think the pharmacist might have been in. Lol. I will drive further to get my prescriptions elsewhere. The gal working at the window didn't seem rude like others say on here she just seemed like she could have cared less whether I got my prescription or not..and really why should she, but I'll go to a location that is more customer friendly. I do love the store and the people in other parts of the store have always been super nice to me and I'll continue to go there for that but I'm done with that pharmacy.

Don't use the pharmacy here to get COVID tested. The rudest workers. I'm a healthcare worker and having to be sick and drive myself to the pharmacy to get tested was brutal. When I arrived earlier than expected to my appointment the worker turned me away and said come back in 20 minutes...to a sick individual who probably shouldn't even be driving. I asked her if there was anyway I could get tested right then and all she said was "no" Honestly so sad how people can treat others. Use common sense next time and be empathetic.

Terrible customer service. Went to pick photos and two people behind the counter refused to help since they were doing something else or not in charge or something. There were 3 of us waiting in line and these staff (they were wearing IDs) didn't even call their colleagues. After 10mins I asked them again and that's when they started calling other people. In the end, the guy who helped me was the first guy I saw behind the counter. Never ordering here again.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!First, I had an appt for aCOVID Test. I literally got there 5 mins before and they the rude pharmacist tells me in a rude and irritated tone, that I was too early, that I needed to wait, and to move out of the way for anyone who is pulling up behind me because they *might* be picking up a prescription . I did not move. I am in line. This is what lines are. You wait behind the person who is before you. Second, the other pharm tech or whatever, comes to help me with my test 2 mins past my appt time. I asked her if she could please give me a receipt to confirm that I was there and took the test in case results are delayed, I can show my employer that I did get it. Let me preface and say that other Walgreens have given me a receipt to confirm the date and time I came to take a test, without any issue. Well this pharm tech tells me they are too busy to provide that to me. And that I can drive back later to come get the receipt. This was HORRIBLE customer service. Good job hiring rude people, Walgreens!

I can definitely understand the bad reviews but I disagree with most of the people on here. I have been to this location many times over the years, and it seems the owners of this location are not concerned with upkeep and maintenance. They do not care about the care of their staff. It seems to me the staff is overworked and underpaid. They are dealing with obnoxious, rude, and loud customers all day. I was in for just a few minutes yesterday and the pharmacy staff were yelled at by 3 separate trashy customers. How would your "attitude" be if you had to deal with this crap all day, everyday? No wonder they have a high turnover rate. Plus, constant homeless people, people without masks when the signs state you must wear one, people dressed like they walked out of a riverbed near the 91. One guy had his underwear hanging out of his sweats and I swear, at any moment, his was going to flash the entire pharmacy. I am like "homes...get your life together you look like you just crawled out of a dumpster". Another dude yelled at the pharmacy tech because HIS insurance did not cover the medication. Again, idiots. If the staff reads this, know that some of us "see" you. I worked in customer service for years, so I remember what this was like to be completely disrespected and treated like indentured servants.

Its so sad that i have to follow the one star rating as its reasonably true from my parents experience. This staff Kathleen N. is very unreasonable turn them away just because they do not speak fluent English. Check yourself again, im sure you are who they are and one day you will need help just like them when you get older. Please work with your sympathy and the eager to help, you are the cashier you are supposed to help. Did they pay you not enough or someone just broke up with you and you personally bring them to work? Just quit and find other jobs let the better-person replace you to seriously helping people.... It is very sad that both of them got there late under heavy rain due to missing the bus schedule during this peak hours and she totally turned them away. (No customer is waiting, no line, nobody keeping her busy - well maybe her cell phone.) Im typing with sorrow and anger at the same times. Please have a quality staff please audit please do all you can to eliminate the bad apples. We go to Walgreen because we think its the American-way and it should be better than W....mart! Comeon. This is just very terrifying to find out. I hope the next elderly customers wont get turn away anymore as they are old and they NEED YOUR HELP!
