Came In to buy a fanbelt that I had to order and there were 3 guys at the counter so I asked one about the order and he didn't even know where to look, the other guy over heard me and had the belts right there, 2 different sizes. So I finally mentioned that I wanted one of the belts and would like to pay for it. so the guy Instead of giving me a price and me paying for it, he gets up and takes off to the back and doesn't return. so I tell the guy with his nose in the computer to ring me up and he says the other guy will do it. Look to the guy to the other side of the counter and he sits there and looks at me with a less than interested look and keeps doing something on the other computer. By that time I was over it grabbed my comparison belt and got out of there. BAD SERVICE SHOULD NEVER BE REWARDED OR ACCEPTED. Place is an armpit and just lost more potential business. Hope they knock it down and put a park there!!!!!

I haven't been here since it was C&C,so it's been a while. Never going back. One guy behind the counter on the phone forever. He was no help. Second guy had his nose buried in his computer. He couldn't even take the time to acknowledge my presence by saying something like, "Hey, I'll be right with you. " Dolt. Couldn't get any help, so I went around the corner to O'Reilly and got just what I needed in about 5 mins.

These guys are the best! They carry a lot of OEM parts for domestic vehicles at great prices. Best prices on engine oil hands down. Ignore the one star reviews because they don't understand that this place caters to repair shops. The people here ACTUALLY KNOW ABOUT PARTS. This is NOT "OH-REALLY" or "VATO ZONE" where you have idiots behind the counter. I have worked at shops that use Factory and they're selection and delivery times are great! So hats off to FMP in the LBC you guys are great!

Zero stars if I could give it. Went in the first time in my life and I went to pick up a small part. Something that would take 5 minutes tops at the big parts stores. I'm in there about 15 minutes because the guy up front with glasses and the beard rather take all the phone calls and prioritize their huge orders when I'm literally there in person just waiting around. Ring me up and I'll be on my way, but nope I had to listen to what Carlos and Roberto needed for their auto body shop for 15-20 minutes. I leave and think to myself. I did good I'm supporting small business with my purchase. Anyways a couple months back I need washer fluid and some antifreeze so I think let me support them once again, same thing can't happen twice. NOPE! Wrong. Same guy same issue. Had me waiting around like a moron. Kept talking on the phones all while keeping me waiting with my card in my hand ready to pay. Sucks when you try and support local businesses and the people there make the experience unpleasant. For sure going to Autozone or Oreilys in the future. Way faster and less hassle. Terrible customer service.
