These people are amazing!After going to two medical supply stores looking for a hard to find part I ended up here. I explained the situation (a sob story) and after spending 15-20min looking for my part the lady at the counter handed it to me. I asked “how much?”She smiled and said don't worry about it - hope your dad feels better.I looked around figuring there’s some hidden camera - but no this was real.

The lady there who was in scrubs was very nice and helpful. She even opened up some of the packs of bandages/ gauze, that needed so I could see how they feel and look. She also gave me some free samples to try too!

They have help me by wheel chairs, a hospital bed, and other supplies for my elderly uncle. They treat me like and family and always remember who I am and what retirement community my uncle lives in. I would never consider going anyplace else!

*****CAUTION*****. Do not go to this store or waste your money here. The owner deliberately and intentionally lies to get you to spend more money than necessary. She try's to get you to believe that she knows what she's talking about, tries to convince you she does, then attempts to get you to buy equipment that you can actually rent elsewhere, at a more honest and reputable medical supply store. DON'T BE FOOLED OR TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ! Do your research first and stay away from this scam store !

We purchased a walker/ rollinator for my wife's mom here. They only had a few that were Medicare payment approve, so we took one. Within 2 days, the front wheel fell off. There was no way to secure the wheel other than to tighten it and no lock nut or fixitive to keep it from getting loose again. I added lock tight and so far, so good. A few months later, the left brake handle is falling out of place, and the right one is loose. There is a screw inside the handle that can not be accessed in any way. One missing, one very loose. I managed to partially tighten the loose one but could not install a replacement for the missing one. I drilled into the side of the brake handle and installed a locking scres on both brake handles. The poor design is obvious and is unsafe for anyone needing durable medical equipment. Imagine an elderly person falling caused by their support device or being unable to stop the device from rolling away. Unless you are a handy person and enjoy fixing your mother in law's equipment, I recommend looking at other stores for walker/rollators.

I'm disabled and they treated me so nice. I needed a new wheelchair and they went above & beyond to get me the one I wanted. I will definitely continue doing business with them!

My mom is 82 and her early lift chair would not recline so I call this place. I talk to Bob and he is there the next day to fix the chair and give her a temporary remote. Best part is when I thanked him he just said I LIKE HELPING PEOPLE. This world needs more guys like Bob!

From the minute I walked into the store, Bob was very helpful in finding a walker for my father. They did not have much of a selection at the time, but he helped me look through the catalog of the many styles available. He went all the way to Gardena the next day just to pick it up. When I went to pick up the walker, someone else inadvertently took the one I had chosen for my father, but I ended up getting another one that was there that was even better. My dad is so happy with what he calls his "Cadillac Walker" A big thanks to Bob, Karine, and Noel for their outstanding service!

The Emporium Medical Supply should be shut down! As I approached the inside of the store, I was shocked at this disarray of the equipment/items in the store. The store looks like a salvage yard, dim and dirty and unorganized. I knew what I was looking for; and all of a sudden, a very rude person (I assume a worker) attacked me, with a very negative personality. I told her I would look around; and I would let her know if I needed" assistance. She followed me and continued to talk... telling me I did not know what I was doing! Then a very unprofessional man behind a dirty counter stood up and yelled profanities at me. He demanded I leave His store, or he would call the Fullerton Police Department... all this over the female worker? verbally attacking me! There was a very kind customer who was walking around inside the store. This nice customer had a shocked look on his face and asked the mean man behind the counter to calm down. I left the store. I left the store. A person who was going to go inside that store saw me standing outside. The person asked if I were o.k. I explained the situation; she said her family has had horrible experience with the Indian? man who says he owns this store? She said she and her family will never return. While standing outside waiting for a friend who was shopping at Best Buy, I made contact with a family police Captain w(for documentation). I needed to travel quite a distance to/from the store. I was on my way to drive over 100 miles to get back to a very ill family member. Do NOT do business in this joke of an establishment... one where a "man" would stand up and yell profanities at a woman, all the while, I just stood there letting him yell/curse! (or at anyone!) and demand someone leave the store because he thought he had the right to... this "business" will be reported to the BBB! The angry/abusive "man" showed absolutely no class... and displayed his true colors, all because a "woman" worker? who had an attitude problem, lacked customer-service skills and was very rude with a potential one-time customer! (BTW, a couple days later, I found a very professional, clean, organized medical-supply company with extremely efficient employees, which will definitely be recommended to friends/family.)
