Review is for the scheduling for this business. I had my front windows tinted and everything was great. I did everything they asked me to do, to have a garage for him to work, and paid him with cash. Then I went to schedule another service just to do the windshield of my car. I wasn't sure originally if I wanted to do the windshield and decided later I wanted to. We are allowed to change our minds in life! When i went to schedule it over text it was confirmed. I ended up wanting to reschedule the appointment and push it back a few weeks (things happen in life, and people reschedule once or twice sometimes.) it wasn't like I did it multiple times for that appointment. Someone responded and said she wouldn't be able to schedule me again. Then I reached out and asked one more time nicely and she said no. I didn't do anything wrong and people should be given grace. That's what customer service is all about. I'm the type of person that sticks with a business for my entire life if it's good so they just lost a customer by being rude.

We've had 3 cars tinted now by Toby and he's always done an amazing job for us. Even with difficult vehicles he is very careful and precise. Toby is very punctual and his office coordinator is very responsive. For us, we won't use anyone else. Thank you!

Toby tinted two of my cars and did a great job. He's extremely knowledgeable about his products and was patient with my questions. He communicates quickly, arrives on time, works efficiently, and is all around just a very pleasant man to do business with. We'll hire him again :)

I had my tint done for my new 2023 Tesla Model Y. Very professional and did a very good job, and it cost a lot less than other places. I got the ceramic tint for my two front doors and a front windshield. It was also convenient that he comes to your location. Highly recommend.

I used Toby years ago, and he used to do solid work. Hired him a few months ago to tint my new bmw x6m. Came and tinted my front windshield, and the 2 front side windows. First off, the front windshield had specs of dust underneath the film. It was right in my vision. Plus I felt like it was a little wavy. Didn't seem to cure properly. He came back to remove it, and was annoyed at the situation. Made me almost feel bad that I pointed it out the negatives, and wanted it removed. He said he didn't want to re tint it, because he wasn't able to use a lot of moisture originally (didn't want to get leather dash wet), and said if he did it again It would come out the same. So he refunded me and removed the front windshield tint. Once he left, I noticed all the glue that was left over. Didn't take the appropriate time to heat up the film, and remove it slowly so it takes most of the glue with it After a week or two, my buddy noticed the front side windows weren't even tinted properly. He tried cutting corners ... literally. In the corner by the side mirror, he didn't tint it all the way through. Looks like such a ghetto job. Plus bubbles everywhere. I messaged the business, and they said Toby would come by and discuss the solution. By this point, I was over it. I didn't want him touching my car again. I didn't want him removing it, and I didn't want him re tinting it. I'm very mad about the money I wasted with this guy. I will never spend my money again with him.

My Bil has used Toby on all his cars so I gave them a call when I got my new car. They are very responsive to your calls or texts and are quite busy. I made an appointment for the first availability he had. He was communicative and punctual. I also like how they come to your garage which is really nice. He tells you all the options he has and you get to pick what works for you. He was able to finish within 2hrs or so. As rarely as it rains here in SoCal,I got the gloomy day so I didn't go out in the rain for 2 days. Hoped it was long enough for it to dry. I haven't really inspected it but everything seems to be working. I'm happy with the work. He also has lifetime warranty which is nice. I didn't shop around so prices seemed ok to me but I'm not sure. He seemed a little cheaper but not sure. Give him a call, you won't regret it. SYOY!

Fantastic work! Beverlee was extremely helpful with setting up an appointment time that worked for my schedule, and also very informative in answering all of my questions beforehand. Toby was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. When I arrived at the shop (mobile service is offered but I chose to bring my car there), he explained each option and showed me what each film looked like over my windows - I was between Llumar CTX and IRX, and ended up going with the CTX in 15% rear and 25% front. I was a bit worried that the difference in shades would not blend well, but the finished look is perfect! I'd also say that if you are on the fence about getting the Air 80 on your windshield, just do it. Toby has it on the van, in case you decide to see it first. I'll be booking a separate appointment to get it done. The tint is barely visible (clear blue tint) but should make a noticeable impact in heat reduction. The entire process took exactly 2.5 hours for the rear windows and front windows (no windshield). P.S. Tesla owners - don't forget your key card or fob! I forgot my key card but happened to have my fob with me. Saved me from having to reschedule. Highly recommend this place for Model 3 tints!

I've used Toby for 4 of our family's cars since 2006. Toby is the best of the best. And he uses the best material. The tinting on the Prius from 2006 still looks great. No bubbles. Nothing. He just finished tinting our new Prius. Another great result. There are cheaper vendors (like in Santa Ana), but you get what you pay for.
