I have been going to the Discount Tires Store in Fullerton on Highland for more than 10 years. They treat everybody great and I always leave feeling like I got a great deal and the work is always performed as I hoped. I have dealt with the store manager, Robert, the last few times and he'll treat you great. Plus if you make a reservation you get in immediately. My synthetic oil change took no time at all. They offer full service for your cars at a fair price and great prices on tires. I use to do my oil changes myself, but now I always have it done here, because it's so inexpensive, it isn't worth climbing under my car and getting dirty. I give this company 5 stars. They're the best.

Called in to Discount Tire to help replace an emergency flat. Robert was very helpful; didn't try to push new tire sales but suggested I could safely repair the hole. Tire repaired, balanced, all at a reasonable price and lower than I expected, and fast.

Got a flat today and thankfully it was literally right in front of this shop. Matthew came out to assist he was the friendliest person, very kind with excellent customer service. I own a Tesla with some fancy wheels hard to get and he got the match same day. He was very helpful I'm just mad I've never noticed this place before I could have saved myself a lot of time and frustration with Firestone lol. If you want great customer service and your tires done right please visit this place. I am so thankful to Matthew!

Got a flat tire a day before driving to Arizona. Robert was able to get my tire replaced within 15 minutes. He's super friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back.

Came in as a walk in to repair a flat tire. Did not have to wait long for service and the job was done quickly. I will definitely come back if I run into any tire trouble.

Let's just say I found my new neighborhood mechanic and tire shop thanks to the new manager Matthew R. who has been honest with pricing parts and labor costs since I'm always on a budget. I highly recommend Matthew R. and his discount tire location to my friends and family.

Called around town looking for a cheap set of four tires. My wife's car has 265K miles on it and we will likely be buying her new one this year. All four of her tires were in pretty bad shape, so I needed to get them replaced, but I didn't want to spend a ton of money. I spoke to Tony, the manager, and he had the best price of anyone that I spoke to. I came down immediately and had four new tires and an alignment in about an hour. A week later, one of the tires had a slow leak and another had a nail in it, so my wife took it in and they fixed both for free. Excellent value and excellent service!

Brought my car in for a possible oil leak. Matthew made sure to explain everything I needed in detail and made sure I was comfortable with the services they provided. New Tires, Balancing. Look great. Value for Kumho tires about the same as elsewhere. But Service was better than anywhere else. Worked with me on the price. Service and people were outstanding. They did a thorough check of my car and found that I needed new struts. Installed them and c a r feels great! I have a 1989 Toyota and they even took me before my appointment. Everyone was super nice and patient with my questions. I feel safe after their examination of my car and the work they did on it.

Came here for an oil change, Matthew helped me out and coordinated an appointment time that worked for me to get my car serviced. Prices were much cheaper than my previous oil change elsewhere. Extremely satisfied with this location.
