I started having major brake issues this morning, and I'm from out of town and pressed for time. I called and spoke with Miguel, the shop manager. He told me to come in. Within minutes, my car was up in the air and being repaired. Great experience and very professional. I greatly appreciate Miguel. He really saved me today. I highly recommend this shop.

**Updated review 06/30/24** I left a 5-star review over a year ago, but wanted to shout out the new manager, Miguel, and the two mechanics working with him! I went in a few days ago with beat-up tires and a few other service needs I'd been putting off. Miguel made sure I got all the advertised promotions I was eligible for. He was genuinely friendly and attentive throughout, to me and to every other customer who walked in. You can tell he's trying to build a customer base, and it's already working! Finally, the two mechanics working were super efficient cycling through all the cars and customers.
I've mostly been going to the dealership for servicing, in part because finding a good mechanic can be daunting, so I'm really happy I had such a positive experience here and will be able to save money moving forward.

I towed my vehicle in because it wouldn’t start,
Miguel told me not to worry about a thing and checked it out for free and told me it was the starter, called me today to let me know it was ready, thank you for helping me on the price and in time of need. I’ve been coming here for years and have never been treated so kindly thank you Miguel glad to have you at my favorite service shop!

Had the tires I needed instock. Found the car had a bent wheel from previous road debris damage. I appreciated Discount Tire's mechanic letting me know so I can replace the damaged wheel.

In life, it's crucial to have the following: a shrewd accountant, a savvy lawyer, a forgiving priest, and an honest mechanic. I found Discount Tire and Service Center, Fullerton 5 last week. My vehicle needed repair and a tire replacement, and I knew having this done would not be cheap. I've been to several mechanics over the years and have had my fair share of dishonest shops that inflate costs and insist on work that does not need to be done.
The idea of finding a reputable shop that did honest work at a fair price was daunting. The stars were aligned when I had the good fortune to land at DTSC Fullerton 5. I was greeted professionally and warmly. Matthew the manager at this location was kind enough to allow me to explain in detail what issues my car was having. He provided information clearly and concisely. His information was very transparent without a hint of hustle.
In considering the work needed on my vehicle, Matthew went above and beyond in negotiating the best possible price and included discounts that I did not know were available to me. The work was completed in a resonable manner of time and performed by mechanics at this location who have been doing all types of service and repairs for many years.
I was provided a complete printout of work performed as well as information on what my vehicle may need in the near future. Checking out was as easy as can be. I have to say my experience at this location and in working with Matthew was top-notch and would easily and honestly recommend DTSC Fullerton 5 to anyone who is in need of service or repair, big or small. This location will be my go-to for service and maintenance.

Great customer service to begin with…, Saint Nick has a great personality and he’s staff great attitude as well, will welcome you with a smile and you’ll see that same smile on the way out. I recommend this place I’ll surely be going back. By the way went in for an alignment and they did an awesome job.

We spent close to 3 thousand for rims and tires. They didn't fit the car so we went back to exchange the manager said they where after market tires and said he couldn't exchange them. He was wrong and they were switched with tires that fit.

There’s a genuine care for the customer and everyone from the mechanics to the service desk talk with understanding and are transparent with repairs. With why things cost the way that they do as well as the function of parts. They take great pride in their work and look like they like to work there.
