Not satisfied, not happy that I had to psy for labor twice, once for my breaks and the other for my struts. Parts were under warranty, my issue is communication about the warranty, that labor is not included. Another issue is if the part is not good again, I will have to pay for labor again. Which bothered me a lot, yesterday I noticed I had a screw in two tires, one in the passenger the other in the rear.
If they did the 10 pt inspection, that should’ve been told to me. I noticed when my marker light turned on. Don’t get me wrong the guy in the front desk amazing nice, but this protocol is no good and it worries me because I brought in a couple cars to get fixed there.

The products and workers are high class. Sales guy is high pressure and can be rude. No available bathroom which is no good for an old guy with prostate issues.

Came in the afternoon with a nail in the tire with no appointment. Fixed it with no problems. Everybody was also really nice ?

The people were nice & friendly. My only complaint is that the guy at the counter did not look at my paperwork very good. I needed brakes & some kind of brake fluid along with my tires. When I asked the cost he gave me a total that included my tires; we paid for my tires in full the day before. So when he gave me the price I opted to just get the brakes & not the fluid. Had he looked closely at my paperwork he would’ve quoted me a price that I could afford. Now I have to have my mechanic do the fluid.

Had a great experience at Discount Tire in Fullerton. Customer service was top notch, they got me in and out quickly even though they were pretty busy when I arrived. Was very pleased with the service and would recommend to family and friends.
