My experience with this CVS was the absolute worst, first they were out of my pain medication and no one had any idea of when they were coming in, so from Friday until Tuesday I can not work. I am a cash patient and to wait 4+ Days and then find out, this is the only, the one and only CVs that doesn’t take discount cards?? None of this info was given to me until checkout. With my discount card I pay 28.00 with this POS, it cost me out of pocket 282.00 yes two hundred and eighty two!! Who Does this pharmacy think they are?? My bad for not having insurance I can’t afford it. Never recommending this POS to no one. To have someone over a barrel like that who s horrible business. I can’t imagine how many more patients they have and will screw over. STAY AWAY!!Ripoff artists!!

The night shift lady was super helpful and solved my problem so I was able to pick up my prescription she was awesome great customer service!

I went here tonight after work to make a chime reload as this is often the only place open for me to do so after I get off my shift. They have mentioned in the past that sometimes the system does not wor after midnight, but it has always worked. The lady working the counter refused to even try and all I was trying to do was deposit money so I could pay for a ride home. I told her that they were listed as taking deposits 24 hours a day and she said that had nothing to do with them. Horrible customer service, I will be contacting corporate.

Had the best experience at CVS today. Charles, one of the managers, was SUPER helpful and just an all around awesome guy. He needs to be promoted.

Why say 20 min, then I arrive in 30min and its 15 min more… then 15 min later it’s another 20 min then would believe it, another 10…. They need to be more honest with time estimates. Also, if they don’t have a medication in stock why not reach out to the provider to let them know so they can send it somewhere else or prescribe something different instead of having to have the patient figure it out one their own. Just trying to get home to recover from surgery….

Pharmacy was unprofessional, didn’t have any medications I needed, made me wait an hour just for them to still not give me my medication. Staff was not helpful.

A medium sized CVS with a miniscule parking lot that is inexplicably almost always full when the store is empty. The entrances are both on one side of roads divided by large islands. That means you can only go one way out of each entrance. The result is that you will need to go out of your way or take dangerous u-turns in traffic that is regularly going 50 mph through the intersection.The pricing in this store is closer to an airport bookstore. Other than having a fabulous pharmacy with a great staff, there's just no reason to go here. There are better pharmacies nearby with better prices for store items.

Always out of stock of my different medications, then they end up putting the order "on hold", requiring me to reach out to my provider, and then ask them to contact the pharmacy before they can fill it. Often I will do this and by the time I checked back the medications are out of stock again. Can never get my medications on time. Often out of stock of basic over-the-counter items. Waste of time, find somewhere else.
