We had the pleasure of working with David and Cristal when selling our home last fall. We had purchased a new house out of state and wanted to sell our townhouse in Tustin. We met with a few realtors, but decided to hire the Drakes because they are a full service agency with a lot of experience. They had fixed up and sold the home of a family friend in the past, so we knew their work. They suggested a few things like painting and new carpets before we put it on the market. David took care of hiring and overseeing the contractors who did an amazing job. They did all of the work after we had moved out and were living in another state. David's attention to detail is incredible. We were first time sellers and he explained everything well. The place looked beautiful when it was on the market and sold quickly after numerous offers over asking due to Cristal's negotiating skills. We loved our home and were thrilled when a young buyer bought the place and now calls it his home. I would not hesitate to hire the Drakes. They made what could have been a stressful experience a joy.

I've had the pleasure of working with Cristal and David as both the buyer and the seller. They are very focused on their customer, ethical and very organized. As a buyer client, they found a beautiful and affordable condo for my daughter while satisfying my need for a safe and secure property. When it was time to sell, they managed to complete a 14-day escrow despite HOA roadblocks along the way. We could not say enough about David and Cristal Drake! We inherited my father's home in December, 2021. After talking with several realtors we contracted with the Drakes. It was definitely the right decision. Cristal walked us through the paperwork, organized an open house which produced 19 offers, and took care of us all the way. David worked on the improvements and deferred maintenance needed to prepare the house to sell. After only two days of the house being on the market we accepted an offer for more than the asking price, no contingencies and a one week escrow! Easy-peasy! The Drakes also sold another house for our family years ago with the same level of success. They are personally warm and friendly and they know what they are doing. We highly recommend them. Cristal and David made selling our late mother’s La Habra home easier than we could have ever imagined. Handling a home sale long distance (we’re in Northern California) was part of our challenge. That the house had sadly fallen into disrepair over the years was the other part of the picture. We were dissatisfied with other highly rated realtors in the area that we interviewed. Even though they may not sell as many houses as the other realtors, when we met with Cristal and David, we immediately felt comfortable and confident in choosing them. They’re a genuinely nice couple who showed themselves to be good working partners with each other as well as with their clients. As we needed to sell the property ‘as-is’, David quickly managed the clean up of the house and property in short order. Under those conditions the selling of the house and all the aspects of that process could have been a nightmare, especially because we live 600 miles away.However, upon signing a listing agreement with you quite a weight wastaken off our shoulders. David and Cristal represented us as if we had been lifelong friends! We lost our Dad in December, and then sold his house in April, and they showed deep empathy and love for our family. It was as if we had all been old family friends since childhood. You could shop elsewhere for a realtor team, but why?
