I'm not sure which sucks more, the company (provider) or this location itself... I've had nothing but issues with them since I got my mom a phone from them for her birthday. I didn't pay her bill for February and let the plan lapse. It just so happened that her phone had stopped turning on and wouldn't charge for up to 2 days. When my sister passed in March I took my mom to turn her phone back on and look into finding out why it wasn't working properly as it had no water damage or any visible damage, we were told due to the bill not being paid that whole month, the warranty was no longer valid... I understood and purchased a completely new phone, new number, new plan, warranty, insurance... the whole shabang! We've experienced issues since the first week, her phone rings but doesn't show the call so you can see who's calling or answer. She has to let it ring then check her missed calls to call back everyone. We've were so busy with my sisters funeral I didn't have time to take my mom to fix it until today... we go in and explain we purchased the warranty and have insurance on the phone and have been experiencing issues with the phone (besides the calling, it lags, it's slow, the calls go mute for minutes at a time almost as if the call is dropped but cuts back in if you don't hang up on her) and they told her the warranty wouldn't cover it because of a tiny surface crack on the corner and we would have to pay the insurance to send her a new phone. I asked them to explain to me why the warranty wouldn't cover anything if her 1)her screen is not cracked, not even close & 2) if the issues she's experiencing are in no way even related to the tiny scratch.. Luis double talked trying to say the warranty would cover it but I'd have to go through insurance to have them send me a new phone after paying the deductible. That's not the warranty coving it. Why would I pay the deductible if the issues are caused by the phone or crickets crappy a** service.. isn't that what the warranty is for??? It's been nothing but problems with them since Day 1!!!! You never get help from these sales associates without paying them more money for something. Also too whoever this their service is the same as AT&T's... you're mistaken!! My personal service provider is AT&T and I've NEVER had any of these issues before... I'm just going to have to see about adding her to our AT&T plan at this point!

This Company itself sucks soooo bad. They have you paying for a service and network That will eventually "Glitch" and lag . Also, I never pay my bill in store, but for the First time I came in person thinking I'd Get the right help and Service. And I paid my account balance To later find out that my account was suspended For "Non-Payment" the Company has the audacity To Suspend your account only so that they can charge you a FEE and steal away from you! The Sales Clerks Aren't really receptive of your needs. Only jump quick To either up-sale you. Their system Apparently always "Glitches" and when you least expect it they SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT AND LATER MAKE YOU PAY EXCESSIVE FEES! FOR SOMETHING THE SALES CLERKS F***** UP ON. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY. Take your money and Business else where.
