Definitely not worth it! Very unprofessional My number was blocked and I received damaged furniture.. very sad that I received bad service and I had to go through this. Be aware!!

This place is so great and helpful with purchases , I changed my mind right after leaving the store and I called and they helped me with finding something I was going to be more happy with over the phone , that is excellent customer service. I have bought a sectional couch , dresser/drawer and now a bunk bed from here and never regretted my purchase, good quality stuff depending on the amount you’re willing to spend...Thank you for making furniture buying less overwhelming than the bigger stores

Great furniture! They have so many catalogs to choose from! Even if your a budget they will give you a good price . I havent had any issues with them ive been buying for over 7 years

I got a vanity set here for a great price. Issac helped me with everything, measuring out dimensions (since it was in box) The negative reviews about the warranty are because people on here don't know what "normal wear and tear" means... it's if pieces break, paint peels/chips, etc without your kids smashing it to pieces... great service, excellent help, and was even able to deliver because we weren't able to fit the box inside my car! 10/10 would recommend.

We bought a great sectional sofa with a set of pillows & ottoman. For a steal of 480.00 . You cannot get any better than that!!! Thank you Carmen and Isaac for your great hospitality and work. I recommend anyone looking for great designs and costs to go here. Will defently be making future purchases here .

I purchased several items...they don't honor the warranty they tell you. Yes the price is not bad but I just called them and they said the owner said that was not normal is, come on they are kids I can't be sitting in their room making sure they are just laying down . Also purchased full size mattress and they are tearing apart. How am I giving it a bad is if all I just it is to sleep...I bought matress with another person and they lasted 10 yr with no problem...Now you the owner say can't give u warranty when u said it had 4-5 yrs warranty? Don't buy from this store better buy USA MADE n pay more ...u will get better quality and better service I'm sure.
Update ...to respond to the owner, please don't apologize when you guys didn't even tried to help and don't do this nice paragraph when you just want others to see that you guys are honest..first of all you never mentioned to get a cover and I've never used any on any of my matressess. Also as I mentioned to the employee i have not put any type of liquid in my matress so I still don't understand how you don't want to help me out. The mattress is riping in the edges and your saying I'm giving it a bad usr?? Second I spoke to one of your girls employee and she said I'll give you the owner number never got back to me. I am not going to be chasing you to reach you, that talks so much about your company. VERY DISAPPOINTING OF YOUR FAKE ADVERTISING.
Oh and for your information: my brother has a friend that has the same book of the items you sell and he said yes price is cheap and the quality is cheap as well. ?

Bad and cheap quality products they sell and won’t honor your warranty. Don’t offer warranty to your customers if you say it will cover pretty much everything.Because once you call them they say “oh no it doesn’t cover that”.Like really when you sold me the item you said “oh it cover these things”. BIG LIARS, wouldn’t recommend this brand to ANYONE!!! When they’re selling you the product they seem so honest when they are telling you this and that.JUST DONT OFFER WARRANTY IF YOU ARE GOING TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS!

Quality furniture and the best prices within 100 miles. Isaac was great and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy customers. We would pay higher prices just for the customer service Isaac provides but luckily we get the best price and the best customer service from Isaac and CR Furniture!!
