I went in to buy supplies, and this older lady with purple hair was very rude. I walked in, grabbed everything I needed and when I went to check out, she was banging things around. Without care, she threw my items into the bag, disregarding the fact that they can pop open. I ignored it thinking she might be having a bad day. She didn't even hand me my receipt. She left it on the counter. I said thank you and just walked out. I understand that she may be having a hard day, but being rude is inexcusable.

I had to re review this place. I've been coming here for awhile. But it's been very stressful for about a year. I come in the morning when they open but they're always late. And I don't mean like 5 mins late one time I waited almost 30 mins. And today it's 8:10 and no one is here. The reason why I come in the morning is because I drop off my daughter to school and is convenient. But it's getting worst. So if your in a hurry don't try to be here in the morning.

If you enjoy digging for color in boxes this is the place for you! The staff have always been friendly but clearly the management is slacking. They never have the color on the shelves but always have unopened boxes laying around the store. Sadly this is the closest Beauty supply store to my salon, but i have been driving the distance to La Habra just to get my color I know will be stocked and available.

This place could use more positive workers. Went in and was stalked just because I didn’t have my hair done or make up! I’m a bit shocked since I have never had this problem(I was dressed up) before but I guess I looked that bad today ?I’ve never had this problem at the one by the dmv on Lincoln and western

If your looking for a Cosmo prof near you DON'T i repeat DON'T come to this one. The manager there is so rude gave me and my family dirty looks and gave us an attitude the co workers there are so kind and attended with so much love but the manager there was so rude so i suggest to not attend that cosmo prof

Rude and careless customer service. Kept responding with sarcastic answers when asked questions. Also would give dirty looks after every item was scanned. Would not recommend as they have no interest in helping their customers :/

I called wanting to know if a product I was looking for was in stock. They did not and the associate refused to check if another store would have it in stock. She claimed that their system is always wrong. Therefore, I should call myself instead of having her check. That it would be a waste of her time. The Tustin, Glendora, and Monterey Park locations always offer to help check the inventory of stores nearby. Definitely won't be buying any supplies from this location.

Nally!!She was great !!She slowly and kindly helped me a lot.Normally I go Cosmoprof once a week.She always smiles and kind.Today I came for there just pick a few things up.But (I didn't ask)She said "all Schwarzkopf perfect buy one second one is FREE!!!"I feel like a jackpot!I saved a lot of money today!Thank you so much helped me today Nally!Definitely see you soon:))
