I had my brakes serviced at Complete AUTO on by an older Asian man who could barely speak English. After I had the brakes serviced they would make the screeching noise. Went back there to see what happened to my brakes and the Asian man said it wasn't them who make the brakes squeak! That the brakes will brake into and stop the noise. Never went back and never will go back to such a cheap place! He didn't care didn't offer to hear the brakes, didn't offer to replace, didn't offer anything! DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THESE SHOPS they will load your car with Cheap junk. Haven't gone in years and am happier, everything runs smooth.

I have been coming here for many years.This review is long overdue.Carlos is the best mechanic you will find. I do not take my cars anywhere else. My husband has learned the hard way as he thought going with the cheapest person was best, but in the long run he ended up spending more money than if he would have just taken it to Carlos.He has reasonable pricing and is honest. He won’t have you fixing things that don’t need to be done and he will be straightforward with you.I highly recommend Carlos for any and all your mechanics needs. You will not be dissatisfied.

He makes you wait days before he even takes a proper look at the vehicle.He only tells you what needs to be repaired. He doesn't explain anything or why, so it's impossible to make an informed decision. If you are skeptic, he'll let you drive off and let the car fall apart.He misdiagnosed my car. He said the noise was coming from the transmission. I got a second opinion from a transmission specialist, and they said it was the clutch.When I told him about my second opinion, he tried to discredit them.He wanted to replace my entire transmission with a used one from a pick a part junkyard.Instead I chose to just have the clutch replaced under warranty, and have the transmission rebuilt from my transmission specialist.So, he replaced the clutch for free under warranty. Then...He watched me drive off the lot with a brand new clutch knowing that transmission fluid would leak all over it thereby destroying it. All he said to me was, "You need to get it fixed." He didn't explain the severity of the problem. If I would have known then I would not have driven the car; I would have had it towed.I forgot to mention that he did some minor repairs (air filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires) in the past without my authorization and billed me. I could have done those easy fixes myself at a fraction of the cost.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Had a loss of power issue with my Van and took to 2 mechanics who were not able to figure out the problem. Found Complete Auto from a friend and Carlos the owner was able to fix right away at reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable about his work and will explain in details the work that have to be done. Finally I found a reliable and honest mechanic.

All I can say is WOW! Chris my salesman truly gave me a 5 star buying experience and really wow'd me every step of the way. Chris has been nothing short from amazing in my recent car buying experience with him. Chris made sure I was taken care of in every step of the process from looking at the car, to purchasing the car, and then the after purchase of the vehicle still making sure I was happy with everything (which I 100% am). Chris is very fair and reasonable and holds true to his word which is huge and that made for such a positive experience. I feel like a valued customer with Chris and feel that my business is appreciated and that I was NOT just another sale for him. I can tell Chris takes great care of his customers and holds the highest level of integrity in doing business with people which doesn't go unnoticed. Amazing folks at Auto Republic! Chris was superb, I see why he's the #1 dealer there. I'm in love with my new Jeep and Chris made the experience and process so rewarding! He made sure I could walk out with the car of my dreams and within my budget! Honestly the whole staff is top tier in my book! Happy Black Friday! This was a last-minute thing. We didn't have any appointment and didn't even call beforehand but they got us in really quick. I read Cars.com reviews before going in and most of them said that the dealership was hard to deal with and they had a bad experience. However, that's not what I experienced. Someone promptly helped us out to get an appointment with a car dealer - and Chris was the one we got. Chris is awesome! He absolutely loves to help people and doesn't give you the car dealer stereotype (greedy/doesn't care about the customers). Chris will go out of his way to meet your budget and needs! This was my first car ever and I had the best transaction with Chris. Highly recommended and never disappoints! :) Ram was the one who finalized the financial and documentation stuff - he was great and explained everything thoroughly! They were so busy but they made sure everything was taken care of and we're happy with the transaction. I wasn't even getting an expensive car you know? It was the cheapest they have and they treated me like I was buying a $100k car lol. That's how I could better explain it. Never made me feel like I'm wasting their time with a small purchase. If you're looking for someone that will help you get your money's worth - look for him. I'm sure the whole dealership is awesome but Chris definitely made it a great experience!

Unfortunately, I have to amend my original review. While the team was great when I purchased the vehicle the follow up was pretty lack luster. Chris while he was a great salesman stated all his customers he wants for life. I found some issues with the vehicle and when I returned it didn't seem like these fixes were a priority. Then I reached out to Cesar several times and the few fixes I needed I.e headlight and hood alignment were not corrected. Further I contacted the Ford dealership the car was purchased from and they did state there was damage to the vehicle when it was returned as a leased vehicle. Chris stated several times during the sale that it was " a clean car and there was never any damage because it wasn't on the carfax". Part of that is on me because it had been painted 2 times in 2 years. This would have been fine, but they did not disclose that was the reason for the paint and the damage that was repaired was misaligned. Overall the car runs well, but just a shame that it doesn't seem like they truly value the customer after the sale is made. For those reasons I have to drop my review to 3 stars
