The worker in the front was rude. I came in to get a comic book looked at and appraised. She said they don't appraise and it's pointless to do so cause anyone can say any price? Ok sure that's not the point. I was looking for information on this copy of a comic I found. She was very dismissive and not at all helpful. She said my comic was in bad condition without even looking at it closely, which BTW its in almost prestine condition as it's never been taken out of its original packaging. Plenty of better comic spots out there, go to one of those and save yourself a trip.

Great store, friendly service. I prefer going through back issues over new books, and found plenty pieces to fill holes in my collection.

I got a book for a friend’s birthday out of state, but he had literally just got it. Called the owner, and he said they don’t accept refunds, only store credit. The cashier never mentioned it. The book is still in the bag it came in with receipt. Disappointed, wanted to like this place. They said because it’s a collectible and the they don’t know the condition. Asked if I could bring it in and show, didn’t even acknowledge that option, only said could possibly give store credit. Honest opinion, use Amazon. They always accept returns.
