Spent over $100 dollar in cigars and tried to get a store credit for 1 item bc it was stale and musty, also did not burn correctly and was turned down.
Came with receipt and packaging it was originally in.
A shame since I live quite close and would have spent more money on the biz but I would suggest to shop elsewhere since there are plenty smoke shops with an actual service policy.

Just found this shop because the usual one I go to was closed and I’m glad I found it! It’s a pretty big shop with huge selections. I only buy king palms, which they had several sizes/ flavors/ quantities of at cheap prices!The cashier was very respectful and kind, and the store looks clean. I’ll be coming back often !!

I don't go anywhere else, I go out of my way even if I have to waste gas, because trust me, the prices and customer service is by far the best.. see for yourself.

We carry a wide variety of products, and above all, they offer excellent quality for the price. I often use the Elfbar, which is popular here, but compared to the puffer, it always feels like its duration is longer than expected. It needs to be recharged, but for the first time in a while, I feel like this is a decent product.
