Ali was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I called Chief mobile auto mechanic to diagnose my car, since I had an engine light on. Ali was able to meet with me within 30 mins of me calling. He was very thorough and took his time to ask me questions in order to properly diagnose my car. We were able to get to the bottom of it. My car was running good as new in no time. He also gave me tips and advice to continue to keep my car in tip top shape. I’ve never felt this comfortable with any mechanic since they all try to take advantage and overcharge. His prices were very fair and I gained insight into how to properly take care of my car. I would definitely recommend Ali for anyone wanting a reliable, trustworthy mechanic. I will definitely be using his services again!

I had a great experience with Ali, I called him late at night because I couldn’t move my Kia and he was able to tell me what was wrong with it in a couple mins. Then when i bought the starter he put it in that morning and did it a lot quicker than we all thought. I personally wasn’t there when he was fixing it but my uncle was but he kept me updated the whole time with videos and pictures while I was working. Which made me feel super comfortable and confident in what he was doing. He is a life saver!

I had a very negative experience with this man that I hired for a pre-purchase inspection. I specifically asked him to write everything down on paper, but when he arrived, he seemed more interested in being friendly with the salesman than doing his job. He quickly yelled out that everything was good, but I later discovered that there were three lights on the car's dashboard. When I contacted him about the issue, he appeared to be uninterested and unhelpful, telling me that the decision was up to me. I feel upset and disappointed by his behavior. In my opinion, he is a liar, fraud, and crooked individual, and I strongly advise against doing business with him.

Ali is truly great at what he does. I’ve now called him twice for problems with my car and he coupled within an hour or me calling him. He gets the job done in a timely manner and has great prices, grateful for your service Ali I’ll be calling him in the future for any problems I have??

Ali is awesome! Replaced all four brake pads on my car in less than an hour! Very reasonable pricing! Brakes feel great and no noise at all! Highly recommend Ali for your mechanic needs.

Ali is a fantastic mechanic. I was stranded an hour and a half away from home, after-hours, and checked Google Maps for a mobile mechanic near me. Ali was one of the only mechanics with evening hours.He answered his phone on the first ring and was at my location within 30 minutes.He diagnosed my issue (a bad ignition coil), took me to Auto Zone to purchase the needed parts, and fixed my car all within 2 hours.His diagnostic and labor fees were very reasonable.As a woman traveling alone with 3 kids, I consider Ali a God send.

Once again! Ali helped me out with a problem on my vehicle, which happen to be a belt tensioner gone bad. Thankfully he made quick work of the issue, by not only replacing this part, but also putting in a new belt. Also he was nice enough to even give me a replacement cap for my radiator as well! Over all, if you ever are stuck in a jam. whether at home or stranded somewhere within Orange County, Ali is definitely the man for the job!

Ali came to our apartment on time & we were able to easily park in a location suitable for the service. Ali checked all packaging for both brakes & rotors for correct type & model. Although the service was given an hour estimated completion time, Ali was able to get the job done in about 45 mins.. Absolutely no loss of professionalism or quality with the service being done so quickly. In fact, Ali stood by his quality of work by insuring that both functionality & safety of the vehicle prior to him leaving the location. Awesomely done!????

Ali is absolutely amazing! He has been with us through two cars now. Our Corolla Sport wouldn't start this morning and he was out and working on her within a hour. He is incredibly fair, honest and genuinely cares about you and your car. He even fixed our cloudy, yellowed lights for free because he's a super nice guy. We had a hard time finding a mobile mechanic on a Saturday. Ali is a champ with the cars. He has saved me a few times in different locations when my car would have issues and break down. He is quick, efficient, and will do all he can to help you get your car running again. He has patience, as well as the know how and knowledge to work in all sort of environment and vehicles. Ali was so helpful with assessing my car before buying it. I called him out out and he inspected it top to bottom, pointing out all the areas of concern in detail. He gave me piece of mind. Very friendly guy and great service. I will defintely get hold of him if a need a mechanic again!
