Does this branch not answer phone calls or??? You would think that calling back close to 2 hours later someone would pick up the phone. Based off reviews maybe opening a business account with chase is not a good idea..

Horrible customer service. I've been here three different times with the bad service or sub par service. I just left this location and had a very rude teller. She was an older lady with glasses that looked like everyone was a bother to her. I didn't get her name since as soon as I received this horrible service I just picked up my things and left. This will definitely be the last time I come in and the only reason I came back was the convenience from this location being the closest to my house. Seriously considering just banking elsewhere at this point. Advice for the patrons is if you see this teller beware of the service you'll receive.

I was trying to put gas in my car, with my Chase debit card and was denied, but had over $5000.00 in the account. I hadn't used that card in a few months, so I thought Chase was just looking out for me. I decided to use another card which was not denied. A few hours later I checked my phone and received a notification from Chase, asking if that was me, I responded that it was. Chase charged me for the transaction. I called customer service, and was asked to prove that I used another debit card. I have been a customer of Chase for over 25 years and never had to do this. They wanted me to fax a copy of the transaction on my statement. I told them I had to access to a fax and if I could text it or email it, and was told no. I went to the bank and a teller gave me there email address and he would forward it. I did and was told my money was reversed back to my account, it wasn't. I called customer service again and was told it was again, it wasn't. To this day I still haven't received my money back

Walked in today to go open up a joint banking account with my girlfriend and after waiting for a short few minutes, we were greeted by a nice young man by the name of Christopher. He was very helpful in the process of opening up our joint account and made the entire experience feel easy!

So, I'm reading the Yelp reviews for this particular Chase, and there all mostly about the older teller, Karen. Beyond rude! The bank itself is wonderful, but Karen makes the experience so terrible. She puts up her sign "Window Closed" if she doesn't want to help you and is so nasty. Seriously it takes more energy to be mean than nice. Chase needs to get rid of her.

Horrible. I went there for a cashier check and I couldn't be treated more disrespectful. They should really reconsider their behaviors.

One of the tellers is very rude older lady in a grey sweater and she was just rude from the start I get that I may be young and not know exactly what to do but please don't give me attitude every ten seconds you guys need to have a talk with her ASAP because if I'm upset about it then there will be a lot of other people who feel the same

Went into the Chase Bank today (12:00PM), and due to COVID-19, there was a line out the door. Understandable, but I was hoping it'd be a quick in-and-out trip. I was at this bank for over 20 minutes during my lunch. On top of that, the female banker on the left as you walked in (there were 2 bankers assisting customers, and this woman was more elderly, Caucasian, and wore glasses) did not look like she wanted to be there nor wanted to assist anyone. I noticed this as I was standing in line watching her help an older gentleman, and unsurprisingly, as I walked up to the counter, she didn't say hello or acknowledge me. I asked her for a sheet of checks which cost $2. What she didn't let me know and what I later found out by searching on Chase's website was that my Total Checking account could have been converted to a Premier Plus Checking account and I wouldn't even have had to pay for the checks! The only redeeming part about my experience and the reason I'm giving any stars at all was that there was a younger, more upbeat woman with glasses who was offering people water in line and was helping to limit the number of people in the branch. Up until this point, I was happy to bank with Chase, but this experience made me regret switching over to Chase from Wells Fargo... at Wells Fargo, they'd happily waive fees on checks for me and would always provide suggestions on how I could save on bank fees. Hopefully, this just a one-time experience, but I know I will definitely not be bringing my business to this Chase branch in the future.

This is seriously the BEST Chase branch out there!! From the moment you walk in. It's so welcoming!! Abel and Albert are awesome! They can fix just about any problem you have!! The tellers are sweet and so extremely polite!! Definitely recommend this Chase branch over any other one!

Bank tellers at the window show absolutely zero respect especially two older ladies by the name of Karen and Nadial, when asked to exchange bills they show unnecessary remarks by scuffing, sucking their teeth and nodding their head side to side, it has gotten to the point where I do not feel welcome or even comfortable going to this bank.
