I have been banking with chase for 30 years. I love this bank so much. However... I went in to talk to a banker "specialist ". She told me nothing that I already knew. She was of no help to me whatsoever, when I asked questions she said "I don't know" when asked if she could do some mathematical figures for me to determine an interest rate. She said "I could look it up", she didn't know. What kind of banker is she that she didn't know much about anything. I also asked her about options and didn't know that either. GREAT Huge waste of time!!! Making me rethink where I want my money.

I called Chase and was told that I did not need an appointment to go in to add my spouse to my savings account. I went to this branch and the woman at her desk said she had an appointment (no one was there) and that we needed to wait in the other line to make an appointment. Waited in that line for 15 minutes. Get to a rep and she tells us that they have availability hours later. We asked her how long the process was going to take and she said about 20 minutes. So you're telling me that home girl at the desk who wasn't helping anyone at all couldn't help us? Such a joke.

The worst experience ever. I don't know why this kind of bank is still alive. The teller is rude. She didn't reply to answer. Any question I had, she was easily upset and think as if I am d**** The manager came out and is another sensationally rude individual. And they talk to each other ridiculing the customers. Nobody uses traditional banks anymore. I know this kind of bank will be gone soon. The pandemic is changing everything. But, it changed the attitude of this particular bank and bankers terrible. I will not go back to this bank again. Among the typical banks, Wellfargo, Bank of America, and Citibank are way better as they treat their customer as if their families. Here is my score for chase bank and/or its branch (1 being worst and 10 being best): Professionalism (1) kindness (1) Deliver service as promised (1) Timeliness (1) Overal satisfaction (1)

I called in at 11am and made an appointment for 4pm on the phone. I get there 3:45, 15 min early to my appointment and the lady Won Hwang said please wait. Once my appointment time came, another lady showed up and sat down. They said they could not find my appointment on their system and proceeded to help the other lady. The branch manager was totally unhelpful and did not offer any assistance even though I had waited for 30 min at this point. Very disappointed and will not be bringing my business to such a disorganized bank!! Who knows what they will do with my money!!

Worst group of idiots I have ever had to deal with besides that ignorant Farmers ins in the same building. I paid of my chase credit card early as I am in the process of buying a home. I paid it from my chase checking account. They held the money for 2 days and my credit score dropped 45 points. They have the wrong information reported to the credit agencies. They say I have a 3,000 max however I have a 6,300 max credit amount. So on paper it appeared I was almost maxed out. I called to ask wtf they are doing and was told they had to hold the funds to make sure they cleared. They money came from the same chase account to pay off a chase card!!!! Do not bank there!!!especially if you are in the process of buying a home. I bet they wouldn't have done that if I was doing my loan with them. Oh wait they would so they could get me with a higher rate!!!!! Bastards

How can you close all local branches in area even though the state has reopened? Skimping on service to save a buck? Maybe time to bring business elsewhere...

Chase I've been on hold for over an hour because you incorrectly reported a payment late!! This is impacting my refinancing application and NOW is not the time to make things harder on your loyal customers! Update* I finally got through and the person "helping" me transferred me and I got hung up on. You are now closed.

would like to say this is the only branch that i know in my chase history coming over from Washington mutual that i have had problems with slow responding staff, long waits in line, unprofessional non greeting bank, and most of all problems cashing checks here at times after waiting in lines... My guess is instead of closing the customer service based branches with great public relations skills close this one and make atm only..1235 N Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92832 avoid this branch..tbranch..the rest of chase branches are awesome especially its really nice to be greeted where your money sits????

Since I first ever opened a bank account it's been with Chase . Although my family has had other banks like BOFA, WF , etc. In my opinion Chase is a great way to bank , and whenever I've had any issues , Veronica Arroyo has always been super helpful and patient even before she came to the Fullerton location and because of her exceptional customer service I continue to bank with Chase . All the surrounding bank associates are also very helpful and kind . I've never had an issue in any LM Or Fullerton locations . With that being said , if this location was not the best experience for you before ... I do believe that with Veronicas skills and positive attitude , this location will learn , grow , and become a positive , comfortable place for all the Fullerton locals and visitors . Ms. Arroyo is a very professional, and an excellent bank associate who has a lot of potential and can excel in just about anything. I believe all bank associates should take notes on how she communicates with her customers especially when dealing with difficult account matters . The patience she has with kids, and impatient adults, or just confused customers is a skill she has naturally perfected . The manager also seems very nice and helpful along with the young man named IAN at the front desk who saw me signing in today and wanted to make sure I had been helped even before I could sit down . Thank you for the great customer service !
