Randomly came into this shop after my check engine light came on. They checked out my car, walked me through the possible issues, and helped me step by step in figuring out what the issue could be without spending an outrageous amount. Ralph has been a lifesaver. All of my auto concerns and needs were met. For example. I own a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport purchased used in 2018 from the dealership. Rarely driven during the Pandemic. I always took my car to the dealership for all services and the many recalls. I was having an issue with the throttle. I took my car to the dealership for the issue. But they couldn’t find anything. I took it to Ralph. He corrected the issue by replacing the throttle with a factory replacement part. I no longer had an issue.I started having issues with my car starting. I had the battery checked by AAA. They said there was no issues with the battery. I had it jumped so I could get to work. The car died a block away. I started it again and white knuckled it all the way to Cedillo’s. He ran a diagnostic and determined the issue was due to no oil in the car. He did the oil change. Later that evening. I stopped at a traffic light and my engine seized. I had it towed to Cedillo’s. Ralph was still open. The next morning I went to see him. He told me about a Engine Failure Law suit. He printed the document for me. That my car could qualify for it. And also advised me on an “Oil Consumption” testing that was being performed on so many vehicles with the same issue. He had it towed to Hyundai dealership at Norm Reeve’s Auto Center. They replaced my engine at no charge. Ralph is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and just a great guy all around. I am always greeted by his son who calls himself the Owner of the company and proceeds to tell you what is wrong with your car. Adorable.

Ralph replaced my fuel line and regulator after doing a diagnostic on my car (which had stopped running during Covid). It’s running without problems now!! You can tell Ralph loves cars, his job, and his customers. He has a million certifications and you can trust him to be honest with you. I also love seeing his dad and son there with him. Definitely recommend this small family business!

I had problems with overheating suddenly in the middle of the streets in Fullerton! I was immediately referred to Cedillo's Auto and I went there ASAP! I meet the owner Ralph Cedillo outside in the parking lot, I told him what was going on and right away he suggested to me what was happening to my car. He immediately started examining my vehicle and like he predicted it was that problem why my car was overheating! Ralph is honest and he knows what he is doing, he treat your vehicle like it is his own, he quote you reasonably and honestly. He is a certified mechanic with over 25 years of experience and he have honorable recognitions. He is a family man and the love he shares for his auto mechanic shop, and with his customers, is amazing. The waiting room is very relaxed, full completed with all necessities, including cold water, tv etc. A very relaxed environment and the support Ralph give to you will make you feel at home.

This shop, the owner, and staff deserves more than 5 stars. Ralf has been super accommodating and helpful in a pretty tough car situation I'm in providing his expertise, honest diagnosis and quote. He is very fair and straight forward which is what I need. Especially being that I know nothing about cars, I've always felt like mechanics or shops treat me as such, but Ralf really took the time to help me understand and explain my situation in a way I could understand, move forward with next steps, and not feel like I'm getting screwed over in pricing and service. He is very fair on pricing and truly goes the extra mile to help your situation. I'm happy to have found a local shop I can trust and look forward to their service.

Was out of town and trying to get my backlights fixed, last minute, called everywhere and nobody could do it but I was referred to Ralph and he took me in asap! Told me I needed to get my module replaced but I didn’t have the money for that, so he came up with a new solution for me and it worked perfectly at way less of the cost! He truly cared and was very kind to explain to me what was going on! Most definitely coming back for other services and highly recommend him and his team! Thank you guys!Services: Electrical repair

Ralph is very reliable and friendly when it comes to communication about what is wrong with the vehicle. I recently bought a Honda off him and gave me a nice discount when my starter went out a few weeks into buying the car. He also replaced my alternator AND battery for free because he wanted me back on the road ASAP, and quite frankly has a kindred spirit. He refers to his "Lady" that used to drive the Honda he sold me, so he wanted me to have a reliable car, just as his "girl" would want to. The kindness and care that Ralph does with his customers is immaculate and spectacular, reaching far beyond what I would expect from a regular mechanic. But Ralph is not a regular mechanic, he's been head mechanic for 25+ years apparently, and it SHOWS! The staff there is friendly and shout out to the guys who put in hard work at Cedillo's. I am impressed by the diagnostics and knowledge that Cedillo's does with the vehicles. Not to mention Ralph's passion for cars takes on a whole new level (his classic car collection is sweet!). Overall, I thank Ralph for hooking up the Honda because of urgency on my end, and amazing customer service on Cedillo's Automotive Shop. Cedillo's is a MUST when it comes to fast, reliable, and efficient service!!

I have a great experience having taken my jeep liberty to this place, they are very professional at work, very affordable prices, and Ralph, the owner of the workshop, sent a tow truck to take my car to his mechanical workshop, since I stayed on the freeway, I also guarantee the job I am very happy I will return

So my car has an electrical problem and I'm stuck in the parking lot in Fullerton and the tow truck driver, Alber from AAA is working on getting my electrically dead car's transmission out of gear so he can get my car on the back of his tow truck. He said I know a really good mechanic, Cedillo's Auto, across the street. I told him I need a good mechanic. So we get to Cedillo's Auto shop and the shop owner Rafael tells me. Let me take a look and see what the problem is and we'll go from there. Electrical is one of the things I'm good at. So I say yes let's find out what the problem is because I have no idea what the problem is. Rafael calls me up and says I found the problem, your car blew a fuse but the car you have has discontinued the part you need but that's ok because I know how to fix it. Ok please fix it then. Rafael not only fixed it but he actually made it better than the original fuse setup. He put in a fuse/breaker. I appreciated Rafael's professionalism, his attention to detail and the time he spent explaining what was wrong so I could understand. Rafael is a professional mechanic who is honest and helpful. I have to say I found a new mechanic.

I highly recommend Cedillo's auto repair shop. Ralph is a certified master mechanic and my interaction and experience here was absolutely great. I needed a mechanic after my vehicles tire ball joint detached so with AAA 's help i landed at Cedillo's door and I am so glad I did, With so many mechanic shops in the city and neighboring cities because I live in brea I am truly thankful it was this one. I found Ralph to be very knowledgeable, helpful and honest stand up guy and now a days that's hard to find. He was patient with us took the time to throughroughly explain all the options we were there after hours and we were never rushed. After quoting us the cost of repairs we found out that fixing my 2005 jeep Liberty with other prior problems was going to be much more expensive than what the car was worth he even went out of his way to direct us towards a used vehicle that we were able to buy. It was a dire situation and I needed a vehicle and he came through all around he even referred me to a place for smog and a place to take care of transferring the cars title. Who does that? Well Ralph does and I'm thankful for him, his staff & amazing service. I will be returning for all my vehicle services I pray Gods blessing upon him the rest of the employees and this facility
