Was going to do a simple tire rotation and the lady brushed my lug nut and then tried to blame it on the lug nut! ?? I told her to replace the lug nut, tighten everything back up and let me out of there before she broke anything else! Tire service 101: Push the socket ALL the way in before you brush the lug nut... she talked over the advice like I knew she would... absolute clowns. Now a got a non matching ugly lug nut... I'm surprised she even admitted owing me a lug nut. PASS.

The owner lady is very bad at customer service. Didnt wanna put the tire i paid to get repaired back on. Prices for a repair was high $$. The lady didnt know how to put on a tire and gives you a dirty look. If by some bad chance you're forced to go there ask for the guy in the back. She finally put the tire on i had to stop an re tighten it because she did it wrong. Trash spot.
