“??‍♀️fell into 1105 n harbor blvd, Fullerton Avis/Budget by chance…not realizing the ENTIRE ?was in the area & they were ALL renting a ???‍♀️Chris MORE than deserves a rai$e…his job is a very tough gig!! on Sunday when we were speaking; Chris had a line of people returning their ? ~~ Chris NEVER missed a beat; explaining that he had people (all standing in line) & were all in a (BIG) hurry…at this point; Chris WASN’T rude or impatient; he was calm & ASKED me to call him on Monday…Chris’ entire demeanor was on point as an example of EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL customer service ~~ not only did he explain the situation to me; his demeanor didn’t change as he spoke to the person in front of him…
this office is a ONE MAN SHOW ~~
having actually trained people in sales & hospitality; i applaud Chis’ attitude & his efforts to always have the customers best interests in high priority!!
THEN the next day; i was horrified to find my rental MISSING‼️ i had parked in a private space @ an apartment complex ..,Chris told me who i needed to call~~the ?had been towed…when i couldn’t get enough info i called Chris back & asked him what else i could do to help…. he gave me the # for Customer Service & after a few minutes the 1st person i spoke to HUNG up on me(probably because i couldn’t understand what he was saying) i called back & Brandon was the next person i spoke with…?Brandon…i followed every step he told me; & within another hour; i was able to have my baby brother take me to p/u my rental ????

“1st time customer and very happy. I understand other customers didnt have the best time with fullerton hertz, but I had an amazing time. I was given a 2024 toyota and was very pleased. I did an online reservation and did noticed it states nissan rogue or similar, so I was not 100% expecting that very suv. I was a bit discouraged that nowhere online hertz states a 500 holding fee would be done, I used my vacation money which that was a bummer, but luckily I had emergency money. Other than that, the person who returned the car took good care of the car, everything was perfect. Closing contract was fast, no hidden fees. I kept my word, returned on time. Will do this again.”
