After having a hard time looking for a car from one dealership to another, I came across Car Castle and found the perfect vehicle. Ever since taking out this 2016 Toyota Corolla I’m so in love with it . The car runs great and was offered at a great price. I really recommend this dealership they will work with you, very friendly staff and are attentive if you have any issues.

Best car buying experience I’ve had. Car Castle staff was fair, responsive, made my car buying experience super easy. From the time I picked out my truck to the time I left their lot, it was less than an hour and a half….which is unheard of. They helped with financing and made sure my truck was detailed before we left. I will definitely buy here again!

It's definitely the right place for a great deals. After 1 month of shopping around and looking for the right price also ,I luckily found these great guys here , I've come again for some adjustment that I needed and they have theire own service shop that helped me allot .

Drove from Chino, and had appointment. Spent a hour viewing vehicle. Sales person was Domenica and Ali. Dom is who communicated on Facebook Marketplace, Ali is who took me to vehicle, handed me a key, and never saw him again. Then a woman gets in drivers seat and begins to modify settings I made to vehicle as I set it up for myself. She tells me she's been viewing car for 2 weeks and was there to work out financing and purchase vehicle. Wow! Vastly unprofessional organization and/or staff. This isn't CAR CASTLE... it's CAR HASSLE!!!

If looking for a used modified jeep wrangler this is one of the few places that keeps an inventory. Some would fit in well with a jeep club or overlanding group. Others I might ask to swap wheels grills etc with others on the lot before purchasing. But my taste is Big Bear Black Diamond routes and not too flashy.

I would steer very clear of this place. Very “used car salesman” type of environment. They lie about the “upgrades” they do to their vehicles. Some I looked at said they had put new fenders, winch, etc., but it was all very used and very clearly already installed years ago. They give you a list of upgrades, which are inflated and might not even be new. Half the jeeps I looked at had rusty winches but were listed as “new” and just put on.
When you say something they just say no problem, that they’ll swap it out for a different one. But the issue is the lie in the first place that they just installed it. The sales manager came to talk to me and swore all the other shops in the area learned “everything” they know from him and all his cars are top of the line with new equipment… the attention to detail at this place is terrible, the quality is terrible, the sleazy salesman are terrible. They buy used beat up jeeps and put used equipment, or they just flat out lie, either way, terrible. I went to a Jeep shop up the road that really showed what a cared for jeep looked like and what attention to detail looked like. If you just want a Jeep and don’t care if anything works on its, car castle would work for you. But given how hard it was for me to even get a price there, I wouldn’t expect them to fix any of their shotty work once it is discovered.

We went to go look at a vehicle and it was advertised on multiple Websites. But the price they have listed on the multiple website is not this price they are selling the vehicle for. You don’t find out the real price until After you’ve taken an hour to commute to see the vehicle, test drive it and then sit down and talk about Price. That’s when you find out it’s $4000 more than what they had advertised.

This place is not a trustworthy place to shop for a vehicle. They will send your credit check to several finance companies without your permission. That will result in lowering your credit score. They don't care about their customers, all they care about is taking your money. If they are willing to go so low to do something behind a customers back, without the customers permission, who knows what other dirty, crooked things they'll do behind a customers back in order to sell a vehicle.

Recently, I bought my Dodge Challenger from them. The screen glitches every now and then but I found out it's a common thing. Niko and Eddie helped me out. I was able to put money down one day and the rest another day. Great guys, very honest. I definitely recommend asking for Niko or Eddie. Willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!
