I absolutely love them. I was running way late and they stayed open just for me. They are so sweet for doing that for me. As long as you know where you're going you will find them lol. Unless you're me then you will visit Disneyland 4 times first. Lol you could not get a better company then them.

I love this place. I got my first car from Nathan and Jeremy. I would definitely say that those who work in California Car Company are trustworthy and responsible. Great price and great service. I am sure in the future if I need another car I will come back to California Car Company. 5 stars rating!

****SPOILER ALERT**** After reading my review and those of other very satisfied customers-you will feel compelled to visit one of California Car Co. locations. I loathe the car buying experience and rate it just above root canal surgery in terms of desirable activities. :) I saw my first 4 series BMW when I was living in Vegas and knew I wanted one eventually. Living in the bike/walk friendly area near the Queen Mary meant a car wasn't really necessary- but I'm a car guy, I missed the exhilarating German car experience. I picked the wrong time to scratch that itch (pandemics, semiconductor chip shortage, dwindling new/used car inventories and the inflated prices they engendered). I spent many long hours searching online applying my very picky/perfectionist ideals to what was available. I declined several deals because my Carfax related questions were met with evasiveness and/or scorchingly bad reviews, poor Yelp ratings, bad Better Business Bureau scores. Imagine my relief when I saw that CCC had an A+ Better Business Bureau rating (very rare in the auto biz) and several Car Gurus awards. I was met by their resident superstar Jeremy in their very laid back, relaxed gourmet coffee and cookie- filled Fullerton location. The best sales people don't actually have to "sell" anything. They simply promote their passion for what they represent, candidly answer questions and concerns, and make sure the client is always appreciated and valued. Jeremy is the epitome of the ethical/knowledgeable car guy- he knew I wanted the fully loaded 435i MSport and went the extra mile to make it happen. I can't imagine going anywhere else for another purchase-fortunately I won't have to-California Car Company is here to stay!

This was my first time purchasing a car. Jeremy and Nathan were a pleasure to work with. They did everything in their power for me to drive off with the car of my dreams. In fact we even held them 2 hours past closing time and they still were friendly and treated us like family. Their honestly and dedication to the customer is unmatched. Definitely made my first car buying experience one to remember.

I will say Jeremy and Nathan have definitely changed the game on buying a car with the common concerns and pressure on the old adage of a Bad Used Car Salesman Experience. These gentleman actually listen & take over full control of catering to you and making it pleasant for to buy your dream car at a deal you would not expect. The professional experience is like no other. I'm coming back to them no questions asked!

They messed up the transfer of title and registration and refused to help fix it after the check was cashed. Wouldn't recommend the dealer and won't buy another car from them.
