However, the store has increased security, with a gated front entrance managed by a guard. The shoe section is now fenced off with no seating. A significant concern for customers is that restrooms are not available to the public and are only for employees. Some also note the men's clothing selection is more for young adults than older men. At checkout, cashiers can be few and slow, which sometimes creates a less than great experience. Despite these issues, it remains a go-to store for many.
The store was missing a lot of inventory, and seemed to be the victim of shoplifting, by the way they were acting at the entrance, and the fact that they closed the dressing rooms.

This Burlington has a lot of cool and affordable things. The store was clean and easy to navigate through. My only problem was towards the end of my visit my experience at the checkout was not that great. The lady checking my items (Blanca) was slow and would talk to other workers which would slow her down even more.
