Being diagnosed with my disability has been rough but shopping here for years is my therapy and my service dog helps me Incase I have a seizure which alerts people and does also alert me for medication time . Yesterday sage asked me in the beginning how I was doing with my shopping which was nice and didnt mind my service dog. After 45 min of shopping one employee disgruntled my service dog by almost stepping on him who is only 7 months and when my service dog sat up and greeted her to pet him and instead reminded me rudly only service dogs allowed and told me to leave after I explained to her he's a service dog. After feeling pushed out and alienated I then called talked to sage the manager and told her my experience and she said my service dog jumped towards her employee which was a lie and continued to talk over me defending employee even tho she acknowledge me and my service dog with no faults on dog. I told sage il let corporate or her boss know tomorrow about my medical records and this incident and she continued to insult me by saying i don't need to bring up medical records to them I ended the call saying this is my condition and what happened and I feel horrible that sage would talk over me and filibuster the conversation and wouldn't leave room for this disabled man to speak. We ended call on a high note saying there's no issue but plz train your employee not to almost step and disrupt service dog and that it's not ok. Worst experience at buffalo here in Fullerton but won't let it ruin my future shopping here. I will update her and this review later after I talk with her boss or corperate. Romans 3:23

Don’t bother selling your stuff here. I waited for two hours with two bags full of clothes only for them to take 2 items and paying $5. Complete waste of time.

First of all the staff at this location are Great! They are over the top customer friendly, professional and great workers. The store itself is full of clothing treasures and the prices are fair. It is always a pleasure to shop here. Id like to mention an employee who attended to me the day I brought in clothing articles to sale, Her name is SAGE and she is Altogether Lovely!!!

Buffalo exchange has a special place in my heart, it was my first job interview and Tucson is my hometown, where the company started and is headquartered(the Tucson location is the best imo) I find that they really do their job and hire employees who are super friendly, inviting and helpful! I've never been to a location where this isn't the case. Although this location isn't my favorite in terms of finds, it's one of my favorites to peruse when thrift stores are dry around the area lol. I was in the store yesterday and found four great items, every employee there acknowledged my presence(unlike other buy sell trades like crossroads or Plato's) and one girl even turned on the ac as soon as I mentioned I was warming up lol(wasn't trying to complain, just making convo) I really appreciate her doing that even though I was leaving the store anyway. Too bad I didn't catch her name! Give everyone raises lol.

Came here for our first time at a Buffalo Exchange to sell some old clothes. After reading the recent Yelp reviews we were hesitant. Our experience was nothing but positive from the moment we walked in. The store manager was very informative on how the process goes and was nothing but kind throughout our experience here. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Stood in line to trade clothes for an hour (3 people in front of me) had to give up once to go to another appointment. Then came back after waited another hour. The woman in front of me has 10 bags. The cashier keeps socializing and it took so long I thought about giving up again. They didn't take one piece of clothing from me after all that. Just donate to a charity. It's not worth waiting in line.

would not recommend bringing your clothes in here. i brought in bags of like new, expensive clothes (levis, urban outfitters, uggs, etc) and the worker only picked out 3 items out of all my bags and was offering me $2 per item. once i told her ill keep my items rather than get $2, she refused to keep looking thru the rest of my stuff. ironic how she claimed none of my items were what they were looking for yet my clothes were far better than what she was wearing lol... maybe she should've bought them for herself

I have been here multiple times to purchase clothes. Giving this a 1 star for the service I just received for resale to the store. Really horrible experience. When I walked in I noticed there was a long line for resale and no one helping out at the resale counter. Directly in front of the counter I see two "Managers" chatting it up. I go to them to ask if we can get some help and the blonde one with the star eye tattoo finally starts to help the line that had been sitting there with no attention for 20 minutes. She helped out for about 30 minutes while an employee took her break and as soon as that employee came back the Manager stepped away and shared with us that there will be a 30-40 minute wait. Instead of 2 staff helping out at the counter, she decides that 1 is enough despite the long line. Horrible experience selling here. I will not be coming back.

I used to be an owner of vintage shop and I have quite a good selection of 90s vintage dresses, vintage y2k dresses, and coquette dresses (which are all in right now) and they only took a couple things. I feel like I noticed that a lot of people leave without buying anything (I feel like that should tell you something about their poor selection). I also feel like these women based their buying process off of being jealous towards me and not the basis of my good quality clothes. The only reason I’m leaving two stars is because of the sweet cashier girl who checked me out. She was seemed genuinely nice and not fake at all. The other buyers should learn a thing or two from her :)

This store has significantly gone down in quality over the last 10 years or so. They went from selling quality made vintage clothing to selling trash like SHEIN and Fashion Nova. The store is understaffed because they don't have enough people to check out customers and evaluate clothes for sale. They used to have a good system during COVID where you made appointments to sell, and that seemed very efficient and I don't know why they got rid of that. Again, they're accepting clothing from so many fast fashion brands now, you're better off buying direct rather than at this store for a mark up. This store has lost its charm and value, now it's just tacky and overpriced.
