Curtis is an excellent coach. His workouts are challenging and effective. I am a runner and enjoy long distance running. My running had greatly improved by the strength workouts I get in Bootcamp. Curtis customized his workouts for each individual fitness level so that everyone has a challenging yet successful workout.

Super fun class with lots of challenging work outs. Facing new challenges everyday is what makes this class fun and exciting. Curtis who runs the camp is a great guy who can help you to back into shape and achieve your goals. Lots of cardio and weight lifting and workouts are never boring. We do something new every session. Highly recommended.

Starting Boot Camp FX has been one of my best fitness decisions to date. In 30 to 40 minutes you never stop moving and get a super efficient and challenging work out. Curtis, who runs the camp is attentive and is always ready and organized with the trainings. I truly recommend this fitness boot camp.Lafleche

I first started Boot Camp FX with Curtis back in 2014. I went there for about three years and was in the best shape of my life! l tried a few other places but this one is my favorite - the workouts are quick (30 to 40 minutes), they’re outdoors which is something that I really enjoy since I’m indoors all the time, the groups are small, the people are great, and Curtis really modifies the workouts to meet your needs and your fitness level. Curtis really pushes you so you get the most out of your workout. I just started again a few weeks ago after taking 3 years off due to pregnancies and kids and I’m so excited to get back into shape!

My daughter and I have been members of Boot Camp FX for about 2 months and what an experience! Curtis is motivating and always changing up the workouts! The workouts include cardio and weights so you see results quickly! Thank you Curtis for keeping us motivated!

I started boot camp Fx almost 6 years ago and fell in love with it. I took a break for a few years and started back up again. Curtis is a great guy and will def help you get back into shape. He makes the work out fun and enjoyable. Will definitely recommend for anyone.

Wish I can give more and more starts. I can’t even explain what Boot Camp FX has done for my personal life. I met Curtis in 2005, started his boot camp sessions and within less than a year I started shrinking off all the weight from my four kids. I had met my self go. However that’s not the most important factor, I got myself in the best shape of my life. I would just run a marathon without prep, different challenging races etc. I started with him in my early 30’s, now I’m almost 47 and I can do pull ups, stranous hikes, lift just about anything. I feel in the best shape ever and feel very good about myself. Constantly receiving complements about how I look and it certainly feels good. Thank you to Boot Camp FX, the fitness foundation that was established many years ago and how my life took a turn for the better. I’m blessed that I continue being part of Boot Camp FX.

I just started boot camp a couple months ago and I love it! I’ve never been the best at sticking to a workout routine but Curtis keeps me motivated to keep coming back and I am definitely feeling a difference. The workouts are 30-45 minutes but very challenging. I usually go for the 5:30am class and it’s a great way to get your day going. What’s even more motivating is the people that come have been coming for years so you know that’s a good sign!

Been going to BootcampFX since Jan 2016. Since joining BootcampFX I've felt stronger and also leaner! I have lost about 25 lbs (from 220 to 195 currently). Curtis makes the workouts enjoyable and adapts to everyone's fitness level. I am already usually sweating after the first 5 minutes of the warm up!
