He also took care of the insurance front and made sure to get as much needed from them to make the work possible without incurring any additional out of pocket costs on my end! The work done was wonderful and they left the car cleaner than I remember when I dropped it off!”

“Alberto P. is the man! My vehicle had encountered some debris by another vehicle (worn out tire on the road caught air and of all places lands right directly on the front of my vehicle) causing minor surface damage such as scratching/smearing my driver side windshield and paint on the driver side while on the freeway. Alberto provided the best communication over messaging so I drove to his shop in Santa Ana to see what could be done. I went in around 9am and the shop wasn't too busy mid week and he was very helpful. I obtained a price estimate and based off what had happened I found the price to be quite affordable. The service provided was excellent by him and one of the guys who was working on the vehicle most of the time. I was there for about 1 hour. My vehicle isn't exactly how it was before but the effort that they both put into was definitely noticeable. If I wasn't satisfied then Alberto wasnt satisfied either he definitely wanted it to look the best it could based off what he could offer. The customer service was above and beyond, he made and offered me a cup of coffee/cookies while waiting. I got to meet his friendly wife, Yolanda. It felt like I had gone to his house that's how welcoming the experience was. I definitely will be looking to come back for a detail in the future.”
“John Ghannadi gave me a great deal in comparison to the other two shops I asked for pricing on fixing a dent/scratch across my car. I was told by another shop it would take two weeks or more to fix while John got it done in 4 business days! My car looks like new and for half the cost the other places were asking. “Michelle and team did a superb job performing rocker panel repair on my Tesla model 3 due to curb impact. Repair involved pulling a foot long dent from the rocker and repainting the affected area due to curb rash. I was thoroughly surprised by the great work they did as the rocker is not an easy area to repair due to the inaccessibility to get behind the rocker to pull out the dent. But the result was beyond my expectation and the price was fair. Much more affordable than going to Tesla certified shop. And also they are the nicest people to work with. I highly recommend them.”
