The evening employee refused to give paid for items to me as the Gig driver for the customer. Even after Uber Eats explained multiple times the items were already paid for and needed to be given to me. His reason for resisting was he was missing ONE BAG OF CHIPS! When I told him the items no longer belong to him as it was confirmed picked up, then called the police on me for trespassing. Since the actual customer HAS been charged and was waiting for the order, I remained in the parking lot waiting for the police to arrive. Police gave be the report number and said it was a civil matter. Not sure when a store refuses to give items that were paid for over became a civil matter but I’ll let Uber legal deal with that issue. I got the report for my JOB and let the CUSTOMER know his order that he was already charged for was now canceled. Plus the guy told my Husband to “take her with you” like I’m a piece of property. This is unacceptable. He then talked badly about us to EVERY customer that entered. And flipped off my husband. I’ll never accept an order here. His excuse was because he doesn’t get paid for all the items. Well…that’s not the customer’s fault! That’s between the business and Uber. Bad business senses. Bad behavior. Unprofessional. Do not order for delivery as you make get charged but no items.

Best liquor store in Fullerton. Fred is awesome and is always making sure you get everything you need. The Beer is always cold and fresh and snacks are always fully stocked.

Bobs liquor is one of the BEST places around! It's a one stop shop and has a great selection of drinks and whatever you need! The workers are awesome and always full of positive vibes and are extremely helpful, when it comes to liquor stores bobs is one of the best!
