I had my car fixed twice here, but I always regret my decisions after that. There are two Koreans working here. They are both unprofessional and unfriendly. The place look dirty and abandoned also. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you are looking for some strange people lolThe old Korean dude is literally the worst!!!A fair price but I would pay more for a better experience.I won't visit this place ever ever ever again

I had my brakes serviced at BK auto on 3906 W Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA 92833 by an older Asian man who could barely speak English. After I had the brakes serviced they would make the screeching noise. Went back to see what happened to my brakes and the Asian man said it wasn't them who make the brakes squeak! That the brakes will brake in and the noise will stop. Never went back, never will go back to this cheap place! The old Asian man didn't care, didn't offer to hear the brakes, didn't offer to replace, didn't offer anything!

BK Automotive saved my 07 Mazda 3. My family will be going to BK Automotive only from now on. Ask for David.Replaced my spark plugsReplaced transmission fluid and engine oilReplaced my manual transmissions system: fly wheel, clutch plate, bolts, etc..David relieved a lot of worry regarding the car.

BK Auto is full of pros. David is thoughtful and knowledgable. He really knows car and has skills toward car.The only con is that there are too many customers and long waiting for get to service. But, the waiting has its worth for high quality service.

If you are looking for honest mechanics with reasonable price in local, this is it! My whole family has been going to BK for almost 10 years. When folks try new mechanics, they are being concerned if they are getting ripped off or suggested for unnecessary repairs/replacement. No need to worry for those kinda things here. The owner even tells you what he can do and cannot. Very honest reliable local shop!
