I really liked the classes I attended. Ashley was very nice and a good instructor. The only thing I didn’t like was the snobby, know it all, pseudo alpha, guy that took it upon himself to move my mat and water without my consent because he didn’t like where I was. He’s lucky I didn’t deck him. Any time or any other place, I would’ve given him the business, but I was already in the zone and it wasn’t worth losing my drishti. People should really mind their own business and not touch or disrupt those that just want to get their workout. Other than that, I received a good workout and felt like Ashley was challenging the class and help us improve our health and mental well-being.

I attended Bikram Yoga on 9/3 at 4:30pm with high hopes of a relaxing and invigorating yoga experience. Unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired.Firstly, I arrived on time, expecting a warm welcome, but instead, I was met with an unnecessary and condescending remark from the instructor. He asked if I was part of Corepower Yoga in a tone that suggested it was a bad thing. Even if I had been associated with Corepower, I fail to see why it should be an issue. To make matters worse, he launched into a tirade about how the owner of my usual studio, Purple Yoga, used to be at Bikram and how their teachings have supposedly strayed away. I've never met the owner of Purple Yoga, so I had no idea what he was talking about, and these unsolicited comments were both unprofessional and off-putting.During the class, my mom called me because she was locked out of our home, and I checked my Apple watch twice. Instead of minding his own business, the instructor remarked, "it's okay; the class is almost over," as if I couldn't handle the class or was clock-watching. These comments were completely unnecessary and added to my discomfort.Yoga is supposed to be a customizable practice, but the instructor seemed to have a different idea. During the breathing exercises, I would sometimes close my eyes to focus better, but he repeatedly insisted I open them. Moreover, he remained at the front of the class the entire time, never actually participating in the yoga practice himself. I saw a few individuals clearly struggling to to do the poses because he offered no moderations. He also spoke incessantly, making it impossible to find any sense of relaxation. At the end of the class, I thanked him, and he outright ignored me, which was both rude and unprofessional. The facility itself was subpar, especially when compared to my usual studio, Purple Yoga. Bikram Yoga had stand-up heaters that seemed potentially dangerous if you accidentally backed into them, and I noticed a broken mirror. In contrast, Purple Yoga offers a more comfortable and luxurious experience with ambient lighting, Dyson blowdryers, free hair ties and bobby pins, and numerous other amenities. The kicker here is the cost - Bikram Yoga charged $30 for this experience, while Purple Yoga is only $28, and during off-peak times, it's just $15.Additionally, I couldn't help but notice that the level of difficulty in the Bikram Yoga class was not as high as I had anticipated. Having taken classes with instructors like Shay Walsh at Purple Yoga, I have experienced sessions that pushed my strength and endurance to new levels. Bikram Yoga's 90-minute duration may suggest a challenging workout, but I found that a 60-minute class with carefully curated poses and movements at Purple Yoga provided a more effective and challenging experience. If you're seeking a yoga class to enhance your endurance and strength, there are certainly better options available that offer a more comprehensive and rewarding practice.Overall, my first experience at Bikram Yoga was disappointing and uncomfortable. The condescending attitude of the instructor, the lack of customization, and the subpar facilities have convinced me that this will also be my last visit. For those seeking a more welcoming and accommodating yoga experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Oh man what can I say that hasn't been said already. This place takes a commitment to what bikram really is and it's so appreciated. Great classes, insightful teachers and beautiful well kept facilities. They have class everyday, so that's exactly where I'll be:) thank you for making my day easier with a little more peace of mind!

There are days where only one class is offered throughout the day .. the maximum amount of classes in a day is like 2-3 classes . For the amount that is charged that is unreasonable . Seems like the owner just makes her money charging everyone ridiculous prices while traveling around and rarely attending to her patrons . No cold towel after class which is something I always looked forward to at other studios . Not worth the price for the limited amount of classes available . Amanda is not a good instructor I never feel motivated when I take her class her voice is monotonous and she always sounds bored

I bought their 3 week intro package but only ended up going 3 days. Their schedule is limited, they don't provide towels as customary at all other Bikram studios I've practiced in and one of the teachers was walking around the room texting during guided practice which surprisingly really brought morale down since it felt like they weren't really into it. Bummer, really wished it would have been a good fit as I love bikram.

It's been 4 years since I've taken a Bikram yoga class and Marquise's class tonight was exactly what I needed. He tailored his dialogue to the level of the students in the class, and offered verbal adjustments as well as suggestions on what students could do outside of class to improve their postures. If you live in the area, you MUST give this studio and specifically Marquise's class a try. Clean, spacious studio, and ample well lit parking. I'll be taking a class again here anytime I'm in the area for work.

What can I say except that this studio is pretty amazing! It's new, has clean bathrooms, and the hot room is large enough to accommodate all the yogi's. ** Most ** of the teachers are nice, genuine and actually practice what they preach ("checking in your ego out the door") ... my 2 favorite teachers (besides Kaiyan! :P) as of now are Julian and Leslie ... you guys rock ... keep up the good job!!! Bikram Yoga is all about mind over matter ... if you can survive a class, you can survive and deal with anything in the real world, whether it's issues with work, finances, relationships, family, etc. Sweat it out and get rid of all those evil toxins (both mentally and physically) ... this practice has helped me in so many ways and I recommend it to anyone who want to live a healthier, peaceful and all-around better (mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, etc.) life! ** PS: if you judge this style of yoga because of the negative association with Bikram the founder, that's on you and your loss. this practice is not meant for people who are shallow-minded or judge. try it out for yourself and then see or form an opinion!
