Typically I never leave reviews but I really have to echo the other reviewer's comments here. Eddie took great care of my car and made sure to answer any questions and concerns I had. He also took care of the insurance front and made sure to get as much needed from them to make the work possible without incurring any additional out of pocket costs on my end! The work done was wonderful and they left the car cleaner than I remember when I dropped it off!

Brought my Ford Explorer to Beto’s for repair damage on the rear quarter panel. Eddie was really respectful and detailed about the scope of work. I would bring my vehicle again if needed I highly recommend Beto’s! Thanks, Eddie and Staff.

Amazing place. I went here because I bought a used car at hardin honda and there was a part that needed to be fixed. Eddie was an amazing guy as well. I would definitely come back if i needed.

This review is long overdue but after two years, the paint job and work are still fantastic. I had to take my car in for auto body work two years ago and after searching through yelp I finally decided to take it to Beto's Auto Body. Best decision. Eddie was amazing during the entire process. He helped communicate with the insurance company to make sure he could match their quote to avoid any out of pocket cost for me. I have been recommending this business to family and friends whenever they need auto body repairs. The drive is a little far for me, but totally worth it because of Eddie's customer service.

Eddie was very friendly and knowledgeable knowing exactly what we needed to restore the front lower facia of our car. He called with the estimate the same day we met with him, including a comprehensive form detailing all the itemized charges for the repair. We returned the next business morning, agreed to the repair, left a reasonable deposit for the replacement part and materials, rented a car, and two days later it was ready. We returned the rental, got a ride to Beto's, paid the balance after inspecting our car, and ot was a dine deal . No muss, no fuss. We highly recommend Eddie and his father, who welcomed us when Eddie was out of the office, anfmd their automobile service at Beto's in Fullerton.Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend this auto shop. I am very pleased with how my car was fixed and how things were handled with the car insurance company. I’ve been at this auto shop twice already because my car has been hit at different times while parked. I hope that my car does not get hit again but if it does, I’ll be back. Thank you Beto’s auto shop!

My car was hit on the freeway from behind. Eddie was so kind and was very easy to get ahold of via email, very responsive. They have great attention to detail. This shop has the best customer service! My 2016 Honda had collision damage on the driver side door, rear bumper and side quarter panel from separate incidents. I called Eddie and let him know that I was dealing with multiple insurance companies and dropped my car off immediately. He kept me updated throughout the repair process. When my car was ready for pick up it was beyond what I could imagine. The outside looked beautiful and you could tell they took extra care on small details to make my car look brand new. The inside was fully detailed also. I'm so happy with my experience here.

I did a lot of research before coming to Beto's to paint my new carbon fiber hood. This shop had multiple personal recommendations from my local car club. I quickly learned that was great advice! Eddie and the team did an amazing job on my carbon fiber hood. Communication was consistent and the timelines were clearly laid out. They even took the time to reshoot the hood after discovering the initial pass still had some visible inconsistencies. I appreciated the attention to detail as we walked through how to get it just right. I will be coming back with future projects!
