Do not recommend buying here ! Bought Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Cross-Gen Bundle Edition - Xbox Series X, Xbox One , Did not work with my XBox One and when I tried returning they gave me a hard time after the 2nd attempt with the disc it also didn't not work and couldn't get refund again but was able to get exchange for digital, but on the recipe it says you will receive activation code by email and also didn't receive the activation code when I called the customer service line they told me it was a issue on there side and the digital cards are not working so they will refund at the store I purchased but once I got there they didn't not want to refund me was there for over an hour and no help no refund !! DONT NOT RECOMMEND! 0 STARS

The woman who works in appliances treats Hispanic people badly and looks at us badly. I asked her for an iron and she sent me to Walmart and she told me best buy doesn't sell Grocera irons. The only friendly person in the entire store is Andrew.

Shopped here a few times with in store and .com pick up orders over time and generally it’s a solid location.Today I had an excellent customer service experience with Aaron at the Customer Service desk up front and just wanted to jump on here to say a big thank you to him and management at this Best Buy location for having him on board.Thank you!

No stock. Online said this exact store had exactly what I was looking for and several alternatives, all in stock. When I went in I searched every item on every shelf and there was nothing; not what I was looking for and not a single alternative, despite several models showing as in stock online.

Walked in to intending to buy several products today for my new phone. No one greeted me. I was trying on a case when I heard “hey take that off you can’t try it on” by “Rick” he was already being rude to the other lady he was helping who asked for a Samsung Cable he just told her “we don’t have that look at the cables over there” then proceeded to tell me to put the case back in the box. I said I’m probably going to buy it and he said take it off again and put back the way it was. There is no policy written anywhere that says I cannot try it on. I asked to speak to the Manager and he hesitated and after repeatedly asking he pointed at him. The manager did nothing just asked if I still wanted to buy it. I was clearly upset, the manager did not care he was standing next to the security guard. I was in there for less than five minutes, usually I’ll browse around to see what else they have. I have been coming to this place since it opened but you know it’s time to move on from here. Train your people customer service Best Buy. I get it it’s the holidays but you should not have rude people affecting your business Imagine if they actually made recommendations for your customers to buy more.I am a manager for a cell phone company and get 50% off cases already but I liked the case that I had looked at. I could have gone online to Amazon too but I wanted to try it on

Best Buy advertised a product that on Sunday evening was not available for delivery or in store pickup within 250 miles so I called the call center on Monday to complain about the situation. I was told that once the product became available that Best Buy would adjust and honor the previous advertised price of $219.99 but now that it's become available at $299.99 nobody seems to be able to help or care to help from the call center management team to the in store manager at Fullerton tonight. I've purchased a lot of products from Best Buy but now I highly doubt that I will ever purchase another product again from Best Buy because it's about the Principal now!

I feel everything changed after covid, I just went to best buy and I felt nothing is the same like before, I used to go to any store and asked questions and we're enough people to answer your questions and had the best service that anybody deserves, but today I felt like so difrent is not best buy is all over the stores. I don't know what to do.
