We had a tablet under warranty and after being told we would have to pay the new price difference, even though we paid for the 2 years full protection, at another Best Buy this location exchanged our product without a hassle. We just had to pay for new warranty coverage. They provided top notch customer service.

Why does your store allow people to make apple repairs through the apple support app, only to be told after arriving that we shouldnt do it here and go to an apple store. Also if you dont have repair parts in your inventory why do you offer appointment times? Complete waste of time.

Kinda lame that they don't have any pixel phone cases. I understand they're not as popular as Samsungs or iPhones but you are literally supposed to be a one stop electronic store so not having like....one case for each most popular pixel so like maybe a few different types in total shouldn't be that hard.
The people working there were pretty nice for the most part but overall this is just disappointing needing to buy a phone product at an electronic store and having 0 options.

Eddie the salesman and Gio the manager were just the most unhelpful employees working at Best Buy. It’s a joke.
Not only did Eddy sell us the wrong tv part; the lack of assistance from the so called manager was pathetic. Thank you to the installment team who advised us of the mistake . We will not be purchasing again and we will be getting our 3k plus money back. RIDICULOUS!

Trying to get a quick price quote by phone,,,, 4 times being transferred to the wrong department!!! Being on hold over 10 minutes each time!! Best Buy needs to get there act correct!!!
