If you're trying to buy a car go somewhere else, don't waste your time coming to this place. After scheduling an appointment with Mark the owner, I got to the body shop (not a dealer) I waited 20 minutes and called him twice, he never answered the phone so I just left, what a waste of my time, 30 minuter to drive there and 20 minutes waiting at the body shop and Mark never showed up. Then when I was on my way home, he called and and said you want to buy yes or no? I was expecting he said, sorry I couldn't make it on time.

Bought a 2015 Toyota Prius C Trim 2. It's been a week driving the car and didn't give any bad experience. So far so good! Gives me good mileage. The owner Mr Moiz was pleasant and kind enough to tell me if there is any issue with the car I can bring it back to his shop and he will try and fix it. He did try fixing the rear switch of my window unfortunately he doesn't have any spare working switch. My experience with Best Buy Imports is okay, not a typical dealer that has a lounge where a customer can sit and relax... it's his honesty about the car he is selling and his rapport to his customer made me decide to give him 5 star.

No Worries or Regrets buying a salvage title vehicle from Mark at Best Buy Imports.After I got my auto loan with my Credit Union my first appointment was with Best Buy Imports. When I arrived there, I was greeted by Mark the owner. He was very friendly, not pushy like other dealers, and was very transparent. Mark explained to me about vehicle’s history I was interested in. He even gave me many pointers on what to look for when buying a salvage vehicle Incase I would buy somewhere else. I ended up canceling the other appointments I had with the other dealerships and felt a peace buying the car from him. Mark gave me a really good deal and saved me a lot money. Even my bank said it was a really Great Deal. My vehicle’s license plates and registration arrived right away. Even though my 2018 Toyota Camry is salvage it looks, smells, and drives like new. Thirty days have now past, and I Thank The Lord God Almighty for the amazing car He Blessed My Wife and I with. From now on I will be purchasing all my vehicles from Mark at Best Buy Imports. Thanks Again Mark & May God Richly Bless You My Friend!

I took a chance and bought a reconditioned 4runner based on all the stellar reviews and that he stands by his work. I've had it a month now and everything has been great with it.When I arrived to look at the truck, I met Mark and he was so genuine--which was like a breath of fresh air compared to all the other dealers I had visited. I needed a 4runner I could trust wouldn't break down on me that was also in my budget. Since I'm not a mechanic, that meant I needed to trust who I was buying from. My instincts told me that Mark was a good guy.The shop was not glitzy. It is a yard full of cars that they are working on on a street filled with similar shops. It is small and local which means their best advertising is good reviews. That means they would never want to sell a lemon and end up with a bad review.I let Mark know I was going to drive to Alaska next year and he joked that he worried I would test-drive it all the way there! What he didn't know is that Alaska is on my bucket list because I have advanced cancer. I've got some years left, but I know this could potentially be the last vehicle I buy--I mean it is a Toyota after all and should last forever ;). I'm so happy it is beautiful and I feel like I got a great car.

I got my 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Mark. He was great! Not pushy like car salesmen can be. We had no problem test driving it and the truck was in great condition. He washed it for us too! He worked well with our credit union for the financing. I would definitely recommend Mark!

Bait and switch tactic used; put a 2011 Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road with clean title and limited miles for 16,500; I called the day earlier to request an appointment the next day and when I arrived he told me someone drove in from Vegas and bought it. He then proceeded to try to sell me a 2013 Tacoma 4 by 4 with a salvaged title for 22,000; do not trust this place.

I purchased a 2013 4runner Limited from Mark about one year ago. The entire process was painless and straightforward, with no hidden costs or gotchas. Mechanics confirmed the car was in excellent condition during a pre-purchase inspection. After buying it, I found a minor problem with the fog lights, and Mark repaired them on the spot the next day at no charge. Over the course of driving it for a year, in much rougher, wetter, terrain than California, the car has performed very well. I'm extremely pleased overall and highly recommend this shop.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience buying from Mark. We came across a car we wanted and long story short it was ours within the next two hours. Mark was wonderful to work with in the process and answered to every question and concern we had. We would highly recommend buying from his company and will be going back to him for any car work that needs to done.

Purchased a 2015 PriusC from Mark. He has worked with us and with our credit union as we've gone through the buying process. He's been patient and knowledgeable as we've waited for the paperwork to be finished up by our lender. My son is loving his car which has so far been a great choice for a used car.
