Horrible customer service and incompetent bankers. My husband closed his account here (now BMO) but two months later received a bill with an overdraft fee because the banker didn't actually close the account. Um, what?! Went to a different branch that informed us that what the banker (at this location) did was not protocol for closing an account. Don't trust the bankers/tellers here! Take your money elsewhere.

I have been banking with Bank of the West for about 1 year now and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff is very friendly and even more professional. Typically there is no wait to get teller service inside the bank and they do have a Ready Teller as well which gives you the opportunity to take care of your banking issues quickly and easily.

This bank was part of a fraudulent withdrawal of my ebt card I’m all the way in Lancaster and some how someone withdrew money without using my physical card and this bank helped them do it the FBI has been notified of this fraud and is actively investigating it so beware of using this bank

This bank is creepy, shady, unprofessional, and has horrible customer service. I went in with my business partner to get a business account. It was creepy because no one was in there. No customers. Very bad sign. It was unprofessional because they denied our business account for no reason. No big deal, maybe we were not fancy and rich enough. So you should avoid this bank if you are a small business. We then asked them to shred our files. No response. So horrible customer service. We ended up getting a business account at US Bank. They have been amazing. Wells Fargo also offered us a business account. So if you are a small business, or any business or person go to another bank.

BEWARE - DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK - They canceled my checking account a day after opening it without sending me any type of notification. My direct deposit came in a week later and was not received or processed due to the account being canceled. The online support and branch customer service will not help you as a client. They have no reason why my account was canceled and have not helped to get my account reopened. I would suggest using a bigger banking company or online banking keeping the minimum amount available. I should have trusted the reviews for this branch. I thought bank of the west was a respectable bank and now this one of the worst banking experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this bank to my friends, family or a stranger.

Midcentury Modern Bank, angled overhangs and straight columns w/ painted edges that are revolved around a single point to create this design. Review is for building and not for the Bank of the West currently occupying it. It was probably a Lloyds Bank originally, I uploaded pictures from the one in Alhambra with similar features, that one has unfortunately been torn down and been replaced with something much more generic. The circular structure makes it unique and it looks like there were some amazing light fixtures that circled the building when it was built. There are distinct vertical slit windows that also encircle the building It's been preserved decently and not changed too much, the Bank of West sign attached to the building on the front and side are poorly done and an eyesore on an otherwise interesting building. No photos on yelp, adding some of exterior.
