Bank or America has crap in branch service - miss managed completely - Today on a Monday this branch on Chapman schedules on teller who call on sick and so they have no teller services- how the hell do you only schedule 1 teller on a Monday????? Need a new back and take my $$$ where i can access it when i want to - idiot there said use the ATM but doesn't stop to think if I had a transaction that an ATM could manage why the F would I need a teller - moron

Wish I could give 0 stars for every single person here except for Lucy. Lucy is the only helpful person here every other employee is the complete opposite of helpful making life so irritating and it’s just straight up pathetic how terrible they are at the job! Lucy you’re the best you should be way higher up an make a hell of a lot more money because you deserve it

I made an appointment online, arrived 5 min before said appointment and was asked to sit until the banker was available. Half hour later I reminded the teller I was still waiting and she said bankers were still busy and would be with me when they were done. 15 minutes later, another banker in charge of the safety deposit boxes came to me with attitude asking me what it was I needed (in front of other customers!!) I advised her why I was there and she told me she would help me after helping two other people who were there for safety deposits. After waiting a total of one hour, I left without handling my business. Why bother with appointments if you can't adhere to them?? And why give an attitude when it's unwarranted? That's not how business should be handled.

Trying to handle details regarding transitioning accounts as POA on behalf of my mother, who is now memory disabled. She has been an account holder with B of A for 60 years. I have been more than patient during multiple on site appointments at this branch. B of A corporately is an administrative and bureaucratic train wreck and does not give a rip about its customers. It has gotten to the point where I don’t care that the local office treasures my business and is sorry. B of A needs to get off of its corporate backside and service its customers in something resembling a timely manner. It is noted on other Google reviews that complementary remarks receive what appears to be a personal response and complaints receive template pro forma. If this branch is interested in satisfying this customer, it knows the issues and knows how to contact me. Comment subsequent to B of A response…basic proforma tap dance; treating long time customers as numbers.

I don’t usually give a review but this is terrible I just want the transfer service then one lady come and tell me I need to wait for 2 hours. I have been with BOA for 20 years . It is very disappointed

Hello, I came into the Fullerton location and no one was in here, no one waiting to be helped. The teller was on break but the manager was available but refused to help. I needed to deposit cash and coins. Her name was Erica Jaramillo. It would have taken her a few minutes to help me but she refused. I explained I was on my lunch and only had 30 minutes, that I get off at 5 and they are already closed. She could have taken that time and helped me quickly but she refused to help even with no customers waiting in the store. There was a guy that said he was still in training and couldn't help, she could have also taken that time to show him real quick. This is not customer service! No wonder all their reviews here are bad. Maybe the general manger will actually look into making this bank more efficient and customer friendly. Thank you Crystal

This branch has one teller working the entire branch. The support staff is unhelpful and does not find any issue with making individuals wait 15 plus minutes to make a deposit to an account. When asked if someone else can assist with the deposit I am told you have to wait we have one teller. Do better Bank of America. This is ridiculous.

Absolutely one of my worst banking experiences. There was one teller at the window when I walked in for a simple transfer and then he closed his window and went into some sort of digital mode and walked up to the customers waiting in line. And then said he could only help us via the ATM. Then the manager came over and I mentioned I had never experienced anything like this at a Bank of America before. She went on to say that she had an appointment with a client waiting and that she could do nothing unless I was willing to wait at least 30 minutes. I proceeded to walk out. This was absolutely ridiculous I came in for a simple banking transaction and I'm told that it will take 40 minutes and to use the ATM, which would incur higher fees. Absolutely outrageous. I've banked with BofA for about 20 years now and I've had to deal with some things but this is by far the most ridiculous of them all.

Worst B of A ever! One SLOWWWW (Lucy)teller and she chatted with a customer for 20 min. It's noon and there is 6 people in line. We don't want to hear about your Costco and Jc Penny shopping hall Gloria. Even a child said this is taking forever mom. Hire more tellers! Will no longer do business here. Terrible, terrible customer service!

One of the biggest banks in the United states and yet has one of the worst service that they can provide. I HAVE to make appointment to resolve issue that is costing me so much money. I already went through the frauds department for 4 months and they told me to walk in to get the documents at the local bank. And yet they told me to make an appointment for the next week. It makes no sense at all. I have to wait 3 more days to get myself situated. Horrid service.

Worst bank ever.... went in for a quick deposit and waited 30 minutes with only one person infront of me(same person at the teller the whole time). ONLY 1 TELLER AND the banker just say behind everyone on her IPAD. Stay away from this bank, my god this was truly the worst bank I've ever been to.
