We had really terrific service at this auto zone. My husband and I came in for air filters. We had never replaced the filters on our own. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gio explained all of our choices and answered all of our questions. When we asked him if he could show us where the air filters and cabin filters were in our respective vehicles, he actually helped us replace them. I would definitely come back this auto zone and ask for Gio.

Gio was incredible! I went into his store with about zero personal knowledge of how to change or even buy a cabin or engine air filter. Not only did he take time to help me buy the best products, he even installed them both for me and my wife. So often I get terrible service in person on the phone when I deal with a business. And he helped restore my faith in humanity. A serious asset. Any business and a really nice guy too!!

I've come a few times for air filters and tail light replacement, everyone is really helpful. Alan took care of my lights quick and they give great insight on cars.

I came in to this AutoZone looking for a specific part and also didn’t know how to install it. One of the workers, Jen, found the part for me and installed it for me even faster. Would definitely come back if I have any more concerns.

I had to quickly replace my windshield wipers before the storms and Jen was just an awesome help in getting them installed in about 30 seconds. I tried to install them myself but was struggling to remove the old ones. Jen was more than happy to help and did it quickly and with a smile. I will now go to this store in Fullerton for all of my automotive needs. Jen made the difference!

Sunday night, 6:30pm and both head lights were out! It's dark and I've got to drive home...I telephoned your store and Andre not only had the lights in stock, but said if there were any way I could get safely there he would assist me. I was able to make it to the store and Andre changed both headlights. (Hard to do as I have a Fiat Abarth and there isn't much room) Without any complaints. Great customer service, even greater experience. I am now a fan for life! My thanks, RonDee Kelly
