I recently visited this store and received excellent customer service! I needed new windshield wipers and they always prove extremely difficult to install on my VW. Each time I have purchased from this store, the staff has taken the time to work with my difficult car and make sure they are properly installed. I am very grateful!

This store has the worst customer service. I purchased an item and kept the box that says it has a one year warranty on it. They said it's not under warranty but through the manufacturer only. This was purchased only 6 months ago. This is unacceptable, and I will not be giving AutoZone any more of my business. I'm telling all my friends and family to steer clear away from them as well. With 6 people standing behind the counter, not doing anything. I'll be giving all my business to O'Reilly from now on.

My headlights were out and I purchased a new pair, for a cheaper price than what I was quoted at other shops. The gentleman that helped me out was named Aaron. He came out and checked the lights and installed them for me. He did this without any problems or complaints or added fees, as soon as I asked if someone can check out my lights he volunteered and was happy to do it. I am very grateful for the service I received at auto zone, I would recommend it to others based off of this experience alone.
