In part due to my own oversight, I was sold Lojack and Safeguard Theft at additional cost of $1,239 under the guise that it was standard and wasn’t posed the option to opt out. Just a reminder to read the fine print. It’s water under the bridge, but I believe karma comes for skeezy salesmen— I will always remember, Albert Lobatos…

This dealership is shady. They post a car on CarGurus for one price and when you inquire about it, they add on an additional $2,000 to the price. Stay away from this dealership. They have no honor and no customer service.

I bought a Vehicle from them in 2011 was a very nice Car, i ended up giving to my daughter, she got her use out of it and then we gave it to my mom. The experience I had was great, the only issue is they gave me the car on Empty and ended up not giving me the car for what it was advertised and was unwilling to put gas in the car for me. other than that the Car was great and experience was about an 7 1/12 out of 10

We came and viewed a jeep. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. Chris worked his magic and got us a beautiful white 2019 jeep. Chris is an excellent car salesman. If you’re looking for a car go to a Auto in Republic in Fullerton.
If your looking for a car ask for Chris he’ll make sure you’re satisfied and get the deal that you want. Thank you, Chris.

Dishonest staff , LoJack is supposed to be option but they force you to pay for it, mislead you that the car have it, but California law is only if you subscribe to activate it , online have a good price but be careful with the disclaimer a lot of add on that they hide and didn't include in the internet price . Don't be deceived with the price in cargurus website, dishonest staff and company! Be aware!

Auto Republic in Fullerton is awesome. I have purchased my vehicle and sold a vehicle with them. Auto Republic, in my opinion, is very competitive in both selling or purchasing. They will not low ball you. They listen to your needs and help the best they can. I received a very good offer for my vehicle compared to others.
Give them an opportunity to earn your business as I did, I believe you will not be disappointed. They are straightforward with a no pressure approach, ready to help, and quick to respond. If you're buying, selling, or unsure, visit Auto Republic, they will not steer you wrong. ?
My thanks to the Auto Republic Team, and special thanks to Josh for making my transaction smooth and effortless. I would definitely recommend Auto Republic for all your vehicle needs.

Just went to look at a few cars, and I ended up buying one the same day. I swore I would take time and look around. Cisco treated us so well and David the manager gave us such a great deal, we couldn't walk away. Thank you guys !!! We love our “new” SUV.

They have a mechanic named Eric who offers more help to others for mechanic issues. I would not recommend that guy. He rips people off and does not actually do the work. I wish someone calls him out one day because if I knew and if he was infront of my face I would have told him facts. He wears his uniform proudly to places he meets people but he actually does not help your car out. This is already 4 people and he’s just enjoying stealing money and not fixing our car issue. Thanks Erik for your horrible service.

First of all, I would like to say that reviews are good to look at, but at the end of the day they’re opinions of many different people on many different things. Use it as a guide.
I have never been to Auto Republic in Fullerton. I don’t know anybody there but I contacted Chris the Sales Manager on the phone a week before coming down to purchase a vehicle. I told him upfront I’m pretty straightforward and don’t want to play any games and I don’t want any extras. From the time that I got to the dealership to the time that I left, the deal took no more than three hours. Everybody was very friendly and very professional. I told Chris that I would like to be very transparent and we worked the numbers out pretty quickly then we went for a test drive and then came back and did all the paperwork and I was on my way. On my way home from the dealership I encountered a warning light on the dashboard so I contacted Chris and he asked me to go have it checked out at my local AutoZone where they said you need to go to the dealer and I checked it out there for free and they told me what the problem was and then I got back on the phone with Chris and we set up an appointment and I came in and it was no hassle whatsoever , they fixed it And I am more than happy with my vehicle, and more than happy with the experience that I had at this dealership. I’ve had bad experiences over the years with car dealerships but recently I educated myself on how everything works there and so I was very upfront. They were very upfront and they sold a car. I bought the car and we’re both happy.
I know there have been good experiences and bad experiences with other people in the reviews, but I would give this almost a five star and I would definitely do business with Chris and Auto Republic again
By the way, after the work was done, the service manager explained everything to me and it took less time than what was estimated. I’m going to change it to a five star. They have great customer service, which is not really heard of these days.
Thank you, Auto Republic, Fullerton
Thank you very much, Chris

I bought a car here a year ago that didn't last a year. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from here with 62000 miles and it started having problems about 2 weeks ago. We brought it to Anaheim Hyundai because we thought they would have the best idea on how to get it fixed. We also paid $2000 to a different mechanic which had no idea. After the Hyundai dealership wasn't able to fix it we had no other than selling the vehicle.

Do not buy from this dealership, unless you wanna pay for repairs after a few days of ownership. I purchased a 2015 F150 from this dealership and only owned the truck for 2 days before it had to be towed to a dealership resulting in $2400 in repair cost. Harold the manager hasn’t been helpful with trying to refund me on the repair cost or making things right. Spend your money on a vehicle that was actually looked/serviced by professionals and not these guys. Biggest scam ever! They don’t care about the customer and never will! Beware of this place at all cost!
