Emre, awesome sales guy…He also was the only sales associate working Wednesday. Emre was surrounded by 5 customers transferring iPhones, new iPhone ordering! I was there 3 hours due to Apples last upgrades… so glad I was not alone. 4 more peeps came in with the same issue, who knew we had to upgrade first, only Apple! Patience…Emre was very, very patient and helpful!!! I wanted to share, you will go far!

I went to the store to trade in my iPhone 12pro max to get iPhone 15 pro max. EMRE checked my phone and gave me a device trade in receipt show value only $260. I asked him why only $260 not $1000. He said “this is actual value but Att cover the rest, it shows on your account credit $1000” but he didn’t show me anything. Then I asked him do you need my ID to get access to my att account ? He said “No, I don’t need it, I need your phone number”. I was considering how he can get to my account with my phone number only ??? He said he is working on the trade in process, we was waiting for him, we sit at the same table with him, then he said “wow , so many phones on this table, let me put the trade phone away” then he put my iPhone 12pro max in his pocket. I & my friend look at each other when both of us saw he puts my iPhone in his pocket. Then he said he wants to confirm something with his boss, then he walked away and never got back to me. I came home and immediately logged in to my att account to see if there is $1000 credit from my trade in as EMRE said. But I was shocked because on “My trade-in details” show “Trade-in status: CANCELLED”. “You trade in has been cancelled”. What ???? I checked my account, if is there any mistake or something wrong, it shows my balance installment is $1,199, $0 credit. Any idea what’s happening to me ??? Why he put my phone in his pocket. That’s not right!!! Did he steal my phone ? And did he put in my trade-in account “CANCELLED” ? I still have the “Device trade-in receipt ” has his name on this EMRE A. from this store matching IMEI & model. Anyone manager, supervisor or owner of this att store explain to me why it could happened to the customer ????

He helped me out today! Emre was super chill and showed me the demo Android devices that I wanted to check out. I spent about 20-30 mins in store and I would be back for more! ?

Terrible service at this store , I did a change and they messed up my account. And customer service was not good waited up 1hour and half didn’t get any help.

Chris was really helpful and help me through a long process call to AT&T call center regarding my cancelation on my account. He was really patient with me. I appreciate his awesome customer service and his unique attitude. Thank you Chris for been exemplary employee for AT&T they should have more people like you. Great store to go to when a customer needs help!

This store has bad customer service. We came in today and no one acknowledged us for 5 mins we were standing there. We just walked out and still nothing. Their loss, we were both going to upgrade our phones.

This AT&T location is execellent only if Elia Gonzales in the store. She is very patient, professional, knowledgable about the products and services At&t provided, very good sales lady.She should be promoted.Arlett Lopez from Santa Location is helping at the store, she is a wonderful assistance to Elia today.

Beware of this location. Bought a new phone for my wife and they said they were going to upgrade my monthly service to unlimited data because it'll be $20 cheaper. I agreed and when I received my bill it was almost three times my normal bill because they added all these additional services that I never asked for. The unlimited plan was also $35 more than what I was paying. When I went back to get this corrected, they said I had to drive to a corporately owned store in the next city, but that was not the case as it was corrected over the phone with AT&T directly. Shady, unethical and not knowledgeable.

This place is awful Every time I come here And don't take me wrong I am only here to make a payment It seams like the people that are here don't wanna be here at all So far I talked to 3 different people in the past 3 months and last one not better than the one before I don't understand why if they are a franchise they make faces of dislike and attitude every time I come to make a payment

Came into this store due to issues with my bill. I got new phones from the store off Malvern and man was I sold a bunch of lies. Luckily this store was able to straighten it all out for me and the reps here were completely transparent about everything. Definitely won't make the mistake of going to the other store and do yourselves the favor and do the same!
