I came in to get my esim reset due to something about it being on my imei2… one of the att workers helped me out and she was probably one of the prettiest girls I’ve ever layed eyes on. I came in because I was not receiving SMS text messages on my IPhone 15 and a young lady went way above and beyond to fix the issue. I am very grateful she didn’t give up after many attempts. My husband and I was helped by Kaycie to transfer his line out of his parents. This was a very difficult process due to him not following the recommended steps first. The whole process took about 1.5 hrs (20 min of which required waiting for customer service) but Kaycie was very patient with us even when my husband was getting frustrated. Ultimately we were able to get a new esim set up and he was able to keep his old number

Unfortunately, I had to give it a star as no stars is not an option. I was moving my phone service to Spectrum. They were not happy. As a punishment, they locked my phone so I could not receive or make any phone calls for 24-48 hours. No matter how much I pleaded and begged, they said they couldn't do anything about it. With other companies, a switch in carriers is instantaneous. I am 77 yrs. old and my husband is 85 yrs. old. We were left with no means of communication for 35 hours. NEVER USE ATT.

Didn't catch his name, but I had the pleasure of being helped out by the manager. I needed to reset my primary account email, link my accounts, and talk about international travel and he worked very quickly and explained everything clearly. As I was waiting I saw all the other associates working hard and quick to help other customers, would check in with newcomers to see if they could help with an easy fix. Been to many at&t and most of them are pretty awful. Definitely worth the drive here

I went to the the AT&T store on Orangethorpe and Harbor. Someone was there to help me as soon as I walked in the door. He had all of my issues resolved quickly and I was on my way in no time. He was respectful, professional , and knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with the help I received.
