We've been going to Dr. Toledo since before the pandemic. You can tell that he really has a passion for what he does. He cares for all his patients, tries to take the time with each patient, and has a conservative approach to his treatments. We feel that our fur baby is in good hands. We love our little fury child and don't really see ourselves going anywhere else.

Dr. Toledo is a great vet with reasonable prices. He is always willing to discuss the cost of procedures up front, and has often suggested a conservative course of action (instead of jumping straight into something expensive or invasive.) He also owns/operates Affordable Animal Hospital on St. College, so between the two locations, getting a quick appointment is often possible. He’s been our vet for more than a decade.

Very pleased with the attention I get every time I come here from both the vet and receptionist. My only downside I have is that they don't give morning appointments Only early afternoons and that's unfortunate.

A tad bit run down but very close to my home. Reasonable prices and clean inside. Staff are always kind and gentle with my pet. I have been able to get a quick appointment. Very good place.Updated: when my dog had to cross the rainbow Bridge, they sent us a handwritten condolence card. I was touched. My kitty will go nowhere else.

We've been taking our pets here for years. Dr Toledo is a wonderful vet. The front staff and vet tech are always so nice, it's not a huge clinic but it's staffed with wonderful people. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Been here for a couple years I love Doctor Toledo he's so professional and takes good care of my fur babies. The receptionist is very lovely as well. I'm sure this is a small family own clinic because I only see a couple/few staff and they're the same, well I don't mind they feel like a family.Give Doctor Toledo a try, you might just love him!

My regular Vet was booked in advanced for a couple of weeks and I couldn't continue to see my pug suffer with his allergies, I called around to no avail. Although I was hesitant to come here for the lack of good reviews I called desperately and surpingly Aspen was able to get us in in two days! I will be forever grateful to the Vet and the staff whom welcomed us in warmly.Brownie and I will surely be back♡

HORRIBLE! I have two pugs and they did not make me feel comfortable or welcomed, poor service. They do not give you a quote b4 service they just bring bill towards end they charge for syringe disposal which is a joke. Also they make you hold your dog while giving the shots and i never experienced that at my old vet not professional you should have a assistant for that. My boy got 2 shots and charged us for 3 saying 1 had mixed shots very weird 0.o They also charge for a consultation for the first visit and the vet literally just checked their heart looked at them for 1 min each and said "i think they are fine" I could have did that myself once i got there i wanted to drive away place looks just like their service was horrible only reason why i continued is because my baby's were due for their vaccines otherwise i would've left!! POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE Please stay AWAY. This place should be shut down i wasn't tryna go based off reviews but sadly i'm just another victim now trying to save the next person from going this has clearly been going on for 9 years :0

The worst vet I’ve ever been to so unprofessional I dont Know how there still in business. From the lady at the front desk all the way down to the vet technician. I will never bring my dog here again and you should consider bringing him somewhere else

I've been bringing my pets here since I moved to California. When my Chihuahua had to cross the rainbow bridge, I received a sympathy card in the mail a few days later -handwritten... the staff really cares about the animals. I brought my kitten here the day after I got her, she's always well taken care of.

We have been going to this vet clinic for a few years now and this time, my dog needed to get his allergy shot (CytoPoint) which I had no problem paying for...since he has NOT gotten better with the regular Apoquel allergy tablets that Dr. Toledo had prescribed to him a few times already. My issue is that when I was still at their office, I requested for the same prescription (Apoquel) so that I can get a refill at COSTCO which was a lot more affordable (Between $5 to $10). Aspen charges $25 per refill and I have paid for refills of this medication before. They declined to give me the prescription note and said that I had to pay $25 for it. This did not make any sense since they were charging me for a refill of $25/bottle so why would I pay the same thing for a prescription note instead? This left a bad taste in my mouth. It clearly shows that they want to make money either way instead of helping out a pet owner who lost a job due to this covid19 pandemic. I was also told that my dog needs to be seen by the vet (who was not even there yesterday) for a consult, and that will cost me another $45. But a consult for what? My dog has had allergies and Dr. Toledo even mentioned himself that all he needed was a CytoPoint shot?!!! It is extremely frustrating when deep in your guts, you know that people have an ulterior motive instead of making a difference to help a patient out. This clinic has declined its value and service was poor before and now has gotten way worse, they also raised their prices recently. These times are already tough as it is. These times are already tough as it is. Having this type of business owners are of no help to the community. I cannot even imagine how they take advantage of people who absolutely have no experiences with vet clinics like this and is willing to do anything and everything for their pets. It's shameful. I will no longer bring my dogs here and they have lost a client that had recommended people to them before. Dr. Toledo, who's managing your clinic now? Please consider having a serious talk with them before your clinic looses more clients.
