Took my wife’s car here to get a timing chain fixed paid over $1,000 they give you a warranty for one year. The same issue with vehicle in 6 months comes back and I take it back, they say it is fixed and the car is good for another 6 months and then the same issue comes up, do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a different shop. Plus they have a tech that smokes cigarettes while servicing vehicles under the hood unprofessional.

This shop was referred to me by a friend who has used them for years - (they did a trans fix/replacement for him) and they turned out to be a miracle for me and my 16 yr old suv. Words cannot describe how grateful I am that they found the problem so fast, they fixed it fast and they went WAY above and beyond fixing additional issues that popped up (plastic was crumbling everywhere due to age), and had worked it’s way into my engine - they fixed it FAR cheaper than my previous 2 mechanics had quoted and did the work in half the time. Literal Angel/godsends for me during a really tough time/bout of bad luck… they’re my mechanical angels and everyone really should be using this shop. Fernando (the owner) is a straightforward guy, actually raised the suv up and showed me all of the issues. Honest, trustworthy, beyond FAIR and finally just the best shop I could have found. Thank you SO SO MUCH to Fernando and the whole shop team ?Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Had my 2015 Chrysler town and country for a transmission rebuild. He said it would take a week. But i dropped off my car February 13. I just got it today March 2. Owner was rude and would constantly brush me off when I would call and ask for updates on my car because he kept running into problems. He did try to compromise with me but that’s after I told him I had service receipts and maintenance tickets proving my car was ok and I also drove my car into their shop. So he couldn’t swindle me. This guys a crook and they gave me car back with zero gas. It had over half a tank when I took it in. Very disappointed. They thought because I am a girl I would be easy to deceive. I will never return and highly advise people to do their research before they come hereService: Engine repair

Long story short, I was charged $1500 to "fix" my car and after I got the car back, it was still giving me the same problems as it was before I took it in. My car even started to smoke from under the hood and leak gas from a valve under the hood which are two things it was not doing prior to taking my car here. Full story: Took my car in and was told that the noise it made was due to "the radiator and coolant." The mechanic had my car for a week and replaced the oil housing and some other stuff and did NOT do any work with the radiator. I picked up my car and the next day smoke started coming out of the hood, it was still making the same noise as before it was fixed, and it smelled burnt. I took the car back and was told again that it sounds like "the radiator and coolant" which in my head I'm thinking I just paid $1500 and you didn't even fix anything that has to do with the radiator and coolant even though that's what I was originally told was the problem. So they checked my car and said everything was fine....Next morning, my car smelled so much like gas that I felt nauseous. Big ordeal, had to call tow service that wouldn't tow the car unless the fire department cleared it to be towed. Had to call the fire department and when the fire department got there, they noticed the gas hose was off and a radiator hose. They cleared the car to be towed and I had to take it to a different mechanic. It was this new mechanic who informed me that the previous people "messed up my car" and that there were a bunch of loose hoses due to a high pressure valve not being replaced properly. I don't know what's going on here. I don't even know if the $1500 oil housing was actually even replaced as I was told. I would not recommend bringing your car here and wasting a lot of money. Not to mention, I did witness a mechanic drinking on the job. Lesson learned.

This review after 7 months of going here. Each time there were hick-ups. I let go, cause they were small issues and I didn't know much about the car repair business at start. But now its too much. The Inverter pump disaster: Installed wrong pump.In hybrids, there is an inverter coolant pump. I did an inspection report from Toyota that said inverter pump was bad. This guy did not even know what is a inverter water pump and blindly "thought" that is the engine coolant pump and replaced it. Charged me for it.Later in couple of days, I started getting the same issue. So I went back. This time, he asked someone and realized that its the other pump. Now he lied to me that your engine pump was also bad so we replaced it but it seems the inverter pump is also bad and needs to be replaced. Had no choice so replaced it.Inverter pump disaster. Installed aftermarket part and quoted me for OEM (Original part). Then the problem occurred again in 2 weeks. Went back and he says part is under warrantee but the labor will be charged. I had to argue so he does not charge labor. When he fixed the issues, 2 days later, got the same problem. So went back and he says go get your own part and I will give you back what you paid for the part. I got Toyota OEM, gave him, he replaced and the same issue in 2 days. This time, I searched and went to another mechanic specialized in hybrids. After a lot of labor hours he discovered that there is a rubber cork in the hose of the inverter coolant and THE CORK WAS DELIBERATELY PUT THERE. IT DID NOT BELONG TO ANY OTHER PART OF THIS OR ANY OTHER CAR. So it was not a mistake but a deliberate effort so I would keep going back and keep spending.I am reporting them for sure.Services: Electrical repair

I went here for tire rotation. After I paid and left, 15 mins later, I get a tire pressure warning light. I went back and he said there is no connection between tire rotation and the tire pressure sensor. I mean have some shame when words come out of your mouth. Lost CatSheild (a shield for catalytic converters) specialized anti-theft bolts. Installed Screws. After that, started teaching me that the screws are stainless steel so there will be no corrosion. But you LOST the bolts in the first place. The whole purpose of that CatSheild is to protect from Cat thefts. Also, there are empty beer bottles lying around and cigarettes are very common while they work. After each of these hiccups, every time owner says, I don't know. Your car is too old and it only has 106K miles. And none of the issues were actually car issues. It was the wrong diagnosis, dishonesty, and lack of integrity.

Stupidest scammers i have ever seen so far. First of all they only give discounts for Spanish speakers only! I dropped off my car there for an alignment and when i went to pick it up i asked for a alignment report and one of the mechanics told me you asked for a discount and that's why I didn't print the report and I'm like wait what and then i asked him before i pay i need a report and then another mechanic came and he told me "the printer machine doesn't working my friend" At that time I understood that they didn't do anything to my car, i even asked if he can email me the report and the mechanic said yeah i can email it to you but later on and i told him no either email it to me now or I'm won't payand i will take my car. After 15 mins worth of arguing back and forth i was able to get my car without paying at all and my car still has the same issue. And by the way they parked my car all the way down the street by the Neighbourhood not professional at all

If I could leave a no star review I would. I payed $525 for work done on my car and part of it was a transmission service. My trusted mechanic was out of town and I couldn't wait so I suffered the consequences. After this mechanic service my car started leaking lots of oil not just 1 drop but lots. My mechanic took a look at my car and said "In all honesty they did no service to your transmission." They put in wrong screws and broke the gasket (not sure thats what it was) but that's why my car was leaking oil I also paid for a oil change and didn't receive one. I'm honeslty so disappointed here because my dad knows Fernando which is the head mechanic. If I thought anyone was going to be honest with their work it was him. So I definitely don't recommend this place at all. They're all dishonest there. I tried calling to complain but the lady doesn't answer the phone.

If you have absolutely any questions ,.Do Not Call this place. I simply called to see if this was the shop that I took my car to because I had credit for a air plug cleaning service, and the mechanic was so rude and short and he said I can't help you until you bring your car, I said well sir I have a credit in one the shops there, he said bring your paper and your car, he said if you don't then I can't help you. I said well I'm not sure if I have it he said I don't know who you are or where you took your car or who you are talking about,..so I cannot help you!. I asked him to please help me , and let me explain. Basically I could not get a single word out! He is soooo rude. I was sincerely trying to get help and he refused! I gave up and said sir, can I have your name and I said I need to send a review because this is awful customer see, He responded and said put whatever you want! I just responded by saying GodBless you.

I've bought tires from this place three times in the last ten years or so. They seem fine, but don't just walk in without having a clear idea of what you should be paying. Be prepared to bargain, or to ask if they can find something else if what they initially offer is expensive. After this process, I think I've generally gotten a very competitive price from them (based on looking at a price comparison site and adding $20 per tire for installation). They prefer to deal in cash.
