My dad went there just now (6/11/24 around 6:30pm) and got scammed $20 by the cashier. He didnt speak English so he gave $50 (2 of $20 and 1 $10 bill). Went to the pump and it stopped at $30. He called my sister and hand over the phone to the clark. The clark told my sister there is a problem with the pump and that my dad should go back and start pumping again. As soon as my dad went back to the pump, it still not pumping so he went inside and called my sister. This time the clark told my sister that my dad only gave him $30.
We demand to check camera but he said not until tomorrow and he wont gave us the manager phone number.
My parents live down the road and has been going there for 3+ years always met the older clark there and has no problem. Not sure if this clerk pocket the $20 to himself but I figure that the management should make aware of the issue. YOUR CLERK IS NOT ONLY MAKING CUSTOMER LOST THEIR TRUST BUT HE ALSO STEALING FROM YOU

People have forgotten what good customer service is, especially Jimmy who was standing at the door in some slides! I asked for my gas and was asked by Jimmy if I needed anything else, I said no and was waiting for hime to hand me my receipt. This fool said "do you need anything else?" I said no, thinking he is going to hand me a receipt. He obviously didn't get it so I said to Jimmy "What to you do once the transaction is complete" he replied "I asked you for f you need anything else". I said "this is when you give a receipt", this fool said "oh no, around here you need to ask for a receipt"! Ain't that a bitch !

I come here about once a week after running at the Juanita Cooke trail across the street by the Fullerton Courthouse. One of the employees, an older man with blue eyes, is such a nice person. There’s another employee I like who is also kind and welcoming as well. This is my favorite gas station which is weird because I don’t think people usually have favorite gas stations lol.

Used to go to this place every day. Lately there's a heavy guy with a hoodie that claims he works there and always parks there in a little blue car. He stands outside the front door and smokes cigarettes mostly. I have never seen him at the register once but he claims he works there. He yelled some pretty horrible stuff at me one morning for no reason. Never been back since. They will never get another transaction out of me.Let's not forget Fullerton is a zoo anyway.

How sad some people really reviewing this place like it's supposed to be a Michelin star restaurant. Cheapest gas in the area with fuel pumps that work. Staff is nice and the place is kept clean

That s is a pretty new business. I like to come in to get cold drinks, snacks & gas. My first contact was & continues to be the delightful Clarissa. A well-lit store that is worth visiting.
