This place does not acknowledge your appointment time, nor the person you booked with. They just want to keep getting people to come and not giving each individual the time they deserve with perfecting their nails. The shape and filing is not good at all. I would never recommend anyone or go back to this place ever again. Avoid it if you can because when you ask for help, they don’t care to respond to you because they know they messed up.

I had an incredible pedicure experience with Holly! She took her time to carefully trim all the cuticles and remove calluses, ensuring my feet looked and felt amazing. Holly's massage was incredibly relaxing, and she cut my nails to perfection. The salon environment is friendly, and it has a fresh, clean scent that makes the visit even more pleasant. I will definitely be coming back!

What happened to Apple Nails?! Been coming here for years and just came back for the first time in a while and left completely disappointed. Came right at opening and asked for a gel builder manicure and gel pedicure. About halfway through the pedicure, I had wondered if they were going to start on my hands and I had to ask when my pedicure was over. They said they "forgot". I had the owner doing my manicure and thought that was a good sign. Turned out to be the worst manicure I have ever gotten and had to leave halfway through. She was distracted the whole time, didn't "hear me" when I asked to have my nails cut and couldn't get my round shape down after 3 tries. Didn't hesitate to win my business back when asked to go elsewhere and blamed it on being understaffed. Will not be retuning. Don't waste your time here

I've been coming to this nail salon for years and today will be my last time. I got a dip manicure by what seems like the new manager (Mimi?) and it was the WORST manicure I've ever gotten. She forgot to File the nails on my one hand, dipped my hand one more time than the other so it's darker. At the end she didn't use her tools to shape or file so they look like a clunky mess! All my nails are different shapes. I also saw her making people wait, she didn't write down anyone that was calling or coming in to make apts. so unorganized and rude on the phone.

These are the best set of nails I've ever gotten. The designs were so intricate and beyond my expectations. The nail ladies were also extremely friendly.

My daughter's acrylic set came out exactly how she wanted them. While they were expensive, she was really happy with them and they lasted so long.

Came in for a manicure with clear gel. Tina was great in trimming my nails and cutting my cuticles, it was painless. She applied the gel flawlessly and I'm very happy with how they turned out. Her and the other staff were extremely friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd come back again. Highly recommend this place :)

Cam here to get my nails done. Service is great. Staff are extremely friendly and the store is neat, nice and clean. Highly recommendated and would definitely come back.

I have been coming to Tracy for a couple months, she is fast and efficient. My nails always come out perfect and last at least a month for dip. I brought my daughter for her first set and Tina was perfect, she did a great job and made my daughter feel comfortable. Check out our matching nails ?

I've been getting gel mani/pedis there for a couple of years now. You can't go wrong with anyone who works there. They are all so talented and so friendly. My nails always look fantastic, and I love both the hand/arm and leg/foot massages. Also love the super comfy massage chairs.

Hated my experience here this week. This nail salon used to be my go to spot but I will not be returning anymore. My nail tech cut me while doing my manicure and I started bleeding. That made me immediately not want to continue getting a manicure since I dont want heavy chemicals to go into my open wound. However she insisted that we go on. And she also put Neosporin on my cut in such an unsanitary way that made me feel even more uncomfortable. She put it directly from the Neosporin tube onto my cut which means she's used it on other people the same way. So disgusting. I'm sad that I will not and cannot return back to this salon. I expected her to give me a discount for the service since she cut my skin open but she did not. She charged me full price.

I made an appointment in advance on purpose for 3 of us to have a nice pedi together because I understand it gets busy. Walked in and all chairs were full. One of us got a chair on one side, one on the other and after I waited 15 minutes into it I decided I didn't want to have to be here all day where they then had to wait for me and the staff acted like I did them dirty. Not coming back.
