I’m really bummed to find out that we got scammed after so many years going to this vet. I trusted them and they recommend parvo vaccine to my 5 year old dog every 6 months when it should only be every 3 years. They did the same with bordetella, they recommended 6 months, but only once a year is necessary. Corona vaccine is also not really a necessary vaccine either especially for a dog that isn’t compromised or young. They also recommend DA2P annually, when it should really be given every 3 years when dog is an adult. They did the same thing with my cat, fvrcp should be given every 3 years. Too much vaccination is not healthy for the animals and can cause an adverse reaction. I will no longer be trusting this vet with my animals care. It’s very unfortunate that someone can do this to poor animals. Do your research people, it’s my fault that I didn’t look into this harder and just trusted him.

Since we got our pupping in 2019 - we have been taking them to Dr Sinh and his wonderful staff. Our puppies like how everyone is nice and caring for them. The only thing that we don't like is the location - need to go thru homeless or weird people before entering the clinic ( gas station & 7 eleven)

Scam artist. We took our puppy here for about a year. He found all kinds of problems that needed blood work, medication, supplements, etc. After one incident where he said our pup had eye and ear infections that lasted a month (even after oral and topical medications), we started asking questions and he got angry and starting lecturing us. We took our pup to get a second opinion. The new vet did not find any of the ailments he was scamming us for. A year later, our dog gets regular checkups and shots, and the whole circus of prescribing all kinds of treatments is over. Healthy dog. Probably healthy to begin with. If you bring your pets here don’t believe everything this guys says. Shady.

My daughter took our dogs to Animal Medical Clinic (Associated Road in Fullerton) today for some vaccinations. They advertise "low-cost" vaccinations on their website, $17.50 each, which is a good deal. Needed DA2PP and Bordatella. DA2PP is Distemper, Adenovirus type 2, Parainfluenza, and Parvo. I got billed for separately for a DA2P vaccine and a Parvo virus vaccine, even though they are part of the DA2PP vaccine "cocktail." When I called to confirm that it was a single "jab," I was told that elsewhere vets charge $35 for the DA2PP combo vaccine, so I wasn't paying any more, which is true. My problem is that they advertise "low-cost" vaccines and make them seem low-cost by quoting them at $17.50. But then they charge 2 fees for the single jab, making the cost the "standard" cost, and not discounted at all. I just find it misleading and taking advantage of people's lack of knowledge about the vaccinations and figured folks might want to be aware.

Diego is fiesty and is a bit hard to handle. The staff was very patient with him and was able to administer vaccines and do testing he required. I am thankful for it and will return and send over all my puppy parents.

Went in for a routine rabies shot so that my dog can be registered (foreign). The vet came in and just looked at the eyes for 30 seconds, and started his sales pitch of getting medication and my dog needs surgery blabla. I would trust a car salesman over any vet and this scam artist proved it, his name was Shin. Avoid this place, these vets try their best to scare you into forking over hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

I had just adopted my dog from SEAACA and was told she just had a "mild kennel cough", turns out it was much more, and this clinic was the one to help us. The staff here is very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped me get my sweet pup healthy again.

We took our dog Gnarly in not knowing what to expect since she is a senior and has unfortunately not had the privilege to see a vet in years. Dr. Shin was very comforting and was able to pin point the issues, relieving a lot of stress for us. We went in thinking our dog was possibly going to need a euthanasia and left finding out that she only had a few issues due to her age. They are also very cost friendly. We left spending half of what we expected. Also would like to thank Ana at the front desk for being so knowledgeable , courteous and overall a joy to be around. I recommend this vet to anyone looking for an honest facility.

I just want to say that I am still so angry about our dog's passing. Just to clarify, there was nothing wrong with our dog but we went in for a checkup. Mika ate well, spent her days in the yard, and lived a carefree life. At our 1st visit, Dr. Shim asked us to do bloodwork and based off the results of the bloodwork, prescribed round after round of medication. After the 2nd round of meds, Mika stopped eating but started eating again after the meds were taken off. The 3rd time the meds were prescribed, my cousin stopped after 1 day because she was panting so hard. I looked up the side effects of Baytril and they were vomiting, diarrhea, lack of appetite, abdominal pain, incoordination, lethargy, among others, which is all of the symptoms that she had while she was dying. Please do not go here. We were stupid and should have listened to our gut intuition and common sense.

Dr. Shin is a great Vet and surgeon. My dog Mocha had a big tumor on his front leg. This picture was taken 4 days after the surgery and the wound is healing well. He has an amazing staff, all the gals are friendly and very professional.
