I'm sick and tired of getting an angry attitude from Flor who works there. She's got serious emotional issues and is always confrontational, aggressive, and unapologetic. This time I was buying a drink and there was a difference in the price promoted and the price she was demanding that I pay. As a customer I'm not going to allow this kind of behavior when I'm making a purchase. Never going to this location anymore.

Terrible customer service, the cashier was talking on her phone while I was waiting to pay for gas. She looked at me and rolled her eyes while I gave her the cash. I get that life gets in the way at work but she could have had that conversation in private on her own time.

Omg.. DO NOT GO THERE.!!! ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES. AND ALSO, what he calls himself. A manger. Victor.. is a joke.. I told him what happened. The other day with them short changing me with the gas I pay that d*** a** girl. And she even counted the money before I walk out. And then she tells me .. I only ga e her less then what she counted back to me. Then she didn't want to check the cramers.. and the Manger took her side. When all they had to do was look at the carmen.. I use to work for shell gas station.. so, yes the gas is cheap there. And we are all looking for the Best price!! But, it's all bad at that gas station..

The older gentlemen very rude went inside to get a soda and be I paid with a 20$ and he said to bring change from now on in a rudely manner, did I mention they're rude?

I wasn't too happy with the service. I am covered under ADA and asked the attendant for help. Well, he was very very rude about it. Made it seem like it was an inconvenience and was like pulling teeth with him. He originally told me he couldn't but, then he then changed his mind. Maybe cos he knows it's against the law to not help me. I have a disability that flared and can't lift my shoulder today at all. I made sure to wait everyone was gone and it was 4am, not a soul other than the customers ahead of me, even then the attendant was very rude about it. He the proceeded to leave the handle pumping and walked back towards the store. He kept asking me if it was done, every few seconds. I don't have control over the pump sir. Even after I told him how I couldn't lift the handle he left me there and said, "there" and I had to remind him I can't lift the pump handle. He sighed and came to get the pump back on the holder. I knew he was frustrated and I told him I could close the gas cap with my other hand, I'll leave it loose but he was visibly eager to leave me. The service was nothing short of insulting. Makes me not want to ask for help, I usually go to arco and am pm but I think they need more knowledge on treating customers with ADA with dignity and respect, imagine if I was mute and couldn't communicate? He would've been unable to handle that situation. They need better training.

Never again coming to this place very rude older man. I didn't say anything because I am with my daughter but of course with the customer behind me (white man ) he could not have been more friendly.

horrible service from karina, you don't know how to treat a customer, next time you talk to a person make sure you are polite and professional, i can be rude and call you names but not worth my time! will never ever comeback to this gas station

Of course gas is great. The price is like any other price, BUT my fiancé goes inside to purchase some water and snacks and the cashier was extremely rude. Didn't get his name but he is an older gentleman, wears a ear piece and a cap. Extremely rude. He stopped bagging my things when he found out I was trying to pay with ebt, and out loud being a smart A ; was saying they don't accept it in a rude manner.

As you will find at all Am PM's they don't take credit cards. The prices here are a little bit higher then most Am PM's The store was well stocked and the employee was friendly. If your in the area it's worth coming by here to get gas , the prices are good and it's easy to get in and out . This Am PM is in the middle of the street so it's only easy to get to going one way
